Waited a long time for our new Peppermint Mocha I think they prioritize drive through orders so beware and go drive through

This Starbucks is not big, but they are the busiest one! They had drive thru, my advice is better order online and pick it up in store especially if you are in a hurry. Their location is infront of Kohls along 4th street and Miliken, the busiest street! Clean and organized. Quick service.

Great service but bad experience with my drink… not sure why but it kept dripping everywhere in my car despite the lid being sealed. Nightmare to clean up. They need to check their cups for quality control

Love this Starbucks! Staff and manager were very courteous. My drink was delicious.
Location was nice and clean.

Food and beverages are always tasty. Only 3 stars because I have yet to be able to actually have a place to sit to enjoy my Starbucks food and beverage as all the tables are always taken by those on their computers who aren't budging for a looooong time. This location feels more like a computer cafe that happens to sell yummy drinks and small bites, rather than a coffee house / cafe. Womp womp: (

Service is extremely slow i used to work for Starbucks it's not hard to make a drink it's just lazy people. Don't come here.

Ridiculous waiting. I ordered an oatmeal and had to wait 10 minutes for it, other Starbucks usually give it to me right away. This is the second time I had a long wait for something that should have been given to me when I ordered it

As always great customer service and fast drive throw service I'm buying my favorite Java chip and mocha latte ice Every day any starbucks stores. A+

We know they have good coffee but was surprised when buying some carafes of coffee and hot water for the that they would not sell tea bags, expected me to my cups of tea. Crazy

They really didnt have what we wanted because they weren't serving breakfast or didnt have the espresso machine was down.
It'll teach me not to go to starbucks again!

Super fast and great service. Spacious inside, love the tall tables. Plenty of parking around the building as the drive-thru can block drivers in. Nice location.

The day after I amended this review and they Fail. It's sad that the Target Starbucks next-door has better management manning policies. Avoid this Starbucks. There are better ones close by.

I ordered a mocha frappe, but it only tasted like ice blended coffee. It was like the didn't add any mocha to the mix. This has happened multiple times and at multiple locations!

This Starbucks has a drive-thru, located on Milliken Ave. & 4th St.in the Kohl's shopping center next to Applebee's with plenty of parking. It is usually busy because of the location by Ontario Mills but have always been very efficient with friendly staff. Lobby is always clean. Today I ordered a hot White Chocolate Mocha & a Spinach Feta Egg White Wrap and both tasted perfect. I was very satisfied with my food and service at this location.

WiFi has been out for weeks. No one here seems to care. Attitudes at this location have been on the decline for a while now.
