2I ordered food and asked for a sriracha packet. A young woman rolled her eyes at me and told me “in a minute. ” Another associate asked me if I needed anything and I said “just a sriracha packet but I think she’s getting it for me. ” She then handed it to me angrily and snapped, “I told you it would be a minute. ” Not really sure what warranted her rudeness, but I also work in customer service and have worked at Starbucks before and would never speak to a customer like that, especially for such a simple request. Hardly deserving for that kind of response.
Excellent service. Amazing Baristas and cashiers. Johanna Sam and Alicia are friendly warm respectful and professional servers. They made my drinks and each time it was to my satisfaction. My croissant was warm & soft and not burned and hard. They smile as they serve which means a lot and makes customers especially myself who is an elder feel comfortable in ordering and they were very patient with me. They area is always neat and clean. Starbucks is lucky to have the three of you. Keep up the great work with those beautiful smiles and friendly greeting. All Starbucks need friendly customer service that the three of you give. Keep smiling as you keep serving.
