Starbucks, Anaheim CA

As usual this store hasnt change it seems like gets worse and worse too many employees that dont do anything, tables dirty all sticky trash can all dirty floors dirty, i left my coffe on the table and jacket on the table to use the restroom for a minute came back and this girl threw away my drink and took my jacket, i left the jacket on the table for a reason so people wont throw my drink away, it seems like this girl has a low IQ or some type of understanding problems to figure out why the jacket is on the table, i called the store to acknowledge the manager about this so the manager can retrain this employee but guess what the person that dump my drink was the manager so i asked her why you threw the drink away if you seeing the jacket on the table i said is that how you run your store throwing the customers drink away she didn't know what to say, it proves my point that starbucks just offer the manager position just to anyone not qualified just for 50 cents to a 1 dllrs more on their paid check to save money, won't recommend this store the only reason i stopped by this store because the other stores didn't have one of the items that usually buy i spent 25dllrs on this store on single purchase on that moment and what do i get my drink thrown away and my jackect taken so ridiculous.

I can see why there was only one other person besides me in this Starbucks on a Weekday at 7: 30a. No greeting from the dude at the counter. He made my coffee and sat it down. Literally not a word. He just turned around and started doing something else.
Take notes from the drive thru Starbucks on Ball Rd and State College. THAT Starbucks is friendly ALL THE TIME. Oh and the coffee he made was not as good either. Sheesh.

Typical Starbucks but at 4pm they were already not allowing people to sit at the tables. Idk if it's that way all the time but it should totally be back to normal by now

I come here about every morning and I have to say they have the best group of positive people to start your day with. Also, it's Starbucks of course the coffee is good.

Outlets have been covered up and can’t sit down to work or study. Go to another location instead

I give it such a low score because I grew up in the neighborhood and this Starbucks has been on this site for close to 20 years and even 10 years ago it was a far better atmosphere if you wanted to sit down and have some coffee in a relaxed environment. There used to be wireless chargers in the tables and charging platforms like most Starbucks have now there's not there's just some wooden tables that look horrible slapped across the side of the wall like it doesn't belong there nobody sits down in there anymore because it's not set up for that if management took the time to set the place up and get some better tables and chairs and some Outlets available for plugins I guarantee that you would have a huge increase in your net profit now I don't have to tell you that the sky is blue you already know this but for some reason this Starbucks has deteriorated degraded and fell apart more than any other Starbucks I've ever seen it's sad because it's right here in my neighborhood.

Always so nicest staff at the window Drive -Through. Make my stressful day at work is less stressful. Thanks for your smilling at your face and your coffee to wake me up.

While I'm a loyal fan of Starbucks, this was my first time to this location (22 May 2022). This place was a shambles. There were a few young kids there with their pet puppies. Some being held and some on a leash. Animals are not permitted in food establishments unless they are service animals. And these dogs were puppies. Way too young to be a service animal. There was a lot of trash all over the place. Napkins on tables. Straw wrappers on the floor. And people coming to get orders that were apparently already picked up. This place is a mess.

This is the only Starbucks I go to. With other stores, they're not as quick and almost always give me wrong orders or mess up my order. I personally have not had an issue with the store or the quality of my drinks. The baristas were super sweet and were very delightful to talk to each time I went.

I just left the Starbucks at 2219 w Ball, Anaheim and I will NEVER be back. They might be fast with their drinks, im notnsure, but they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated me. I am in tears and cannot stop crying. I was in the restroom, changing my clothes, when they knocked and kept calling me sir, even thought I'm clearly a woman. She embarrassed me in front of the whole lobby and made me feel like I was doing something wrong, when I was only trying to fix my dress. They need to stop this policy of policing, since they don't have the appropriate training on how to talk to people correctly. Shame on.you Starbucks, this is an ineffective way to solve "people doing bad things in the bathrooms" as the batista claimed. You're gonna end up with a lawsuit.

This really is the most ghetto Starbucks I've ever been in. For the past HOUR, literally EVERY SINGLE SONG played in this ghetto Starbucks location has been in freekin Spanish! EVERY SINGLE ONE! The amount of Cultural Marxism at this location is beyond insane! Definitely advise people to AVOID. Literally each and every business at Brookhurst St.and Ball Rd.is ghetto (see my review of arco across the street). I really recommend avoiding this whole area, and most of West Anaheim too, while you have the misfortune of still being in it. Blame the Leftist Democrats.

Hands down the best Starbucks in the area. They make working hard look easy with how fast they can turn out drinks. I’m always treated and greeted with kindness, even after they hear how ridiculous my drink order is.

Whoever the new barista is (short guy) needs to be trained on measurements. I been ordering here frequently and other baristas make my drinks so good and every time i see him make my drink, its too watered down. I hate having to go back snd ask to remake a new one almost every day

Hands down one of the best Starbucks Stores I have ever been in. Their customer service is impeccable and everything single one of the employees are as sweet and nice as can be. I visit quite a few Starbucks and this store could be an example for other Starbucks.
