5.16, Tuesday morning. I was watching the barista chat with a good friend. I didn’t really mind it because it was slow. But I saw this tall, dirty blonde color gentleman pour milk into my peppermint hot chocolate. I clearly saw that what he did and I asked if he just gave me milk instead of Oatmilk. He lied. He replied by saying, “I poured milk into the next order”, lifts the cup and it was empty. Smh.

I come to this place everyday. I have to be cautious because I’m allergic to milk. I think they need to be more careful because my stomach was in pain and I had to go to another Starbucks to have them remake it. Immediately my belly was soothed by the Oatmilk.

It’s like telling someone your allergic to peanuts and they still serve it to you because they don’t know the seriousness of your food allergies. I would almost try to avoid this place if it wasn’t only 3 minutes from my house. So hopefully they see this and are a lot more careful with their drinks while chatting with their friends and getting distracted but also lying about what they put in your drink.

I will revise and update the review once I no longer have to worry about this again in this particular store.

Everyone else was professional and courteous.

I find it frustrating that condiments, sweeteners, napkins and stir sticks are kept behind the counter.

Lighting kind of dim, floors and tables sort of dirty, but at least the coffee is up to standard.

One of the best white chocolate mochas I've had at any Starbucks and very friendly service with a great attitude and smile at the register. Even with someone ordering 15 drinks 2 customers before me I didn't have to wait long for my drink and sandwich. I'd definitely come here again.

The young adults that were working today were very friendly and kind. But the store the mats they have on there countertops behind the counter they were very dirty. Like they haven't been cleaned in awhile.so i wasnt impressed by that at all

Excellent service, very very very busy location.countless, difficult patrons, mobile/pickup orders and somehow, the staff here just make it happen, gracefully.

Super nice baristas, nice interior, quick service, and nice location! Definitely would recommend coming here!

All I did was ask the barista for butter for my bagel.

“Well, was it in the bag? ” I politely said no it wasn’t, although I had specifically asked for it when I ordered. No biggie I thought.

World War III of perplexed, angry facial expressions and questions erupted, continuing to interrupt me before I could answer anything.

Finally, incredulously, I said, “IS THERE A PROBLEM HERE? ”

I couldn’t believe this simple interaction had escalated so quickly.

“I hope you have a great Monday! ” he exclaimed as he denied anything strange or just totally wrong had happened.

Two things to be grateful for: I know people at Starbucks corporate and today is moving day, so we’re leaving Noe Valley; never need to walk into this Starbucks again.

Even before COVID I was pre-ordering my drinks before I got there and I still will continue that forever on. Though it is always nice to go in and talk to someone, I think pre-ordering your drinks really saves the store and yourself a lot of time. This Starbucks. In particular, I realized that people were moving very quickly in and out of the store because so many people pre-order. They might do that everywhere, but this is the Starbucks that I think I go to a lot

They never called my name so I was waiting there for an extra 15 min but drinks were yummy

Nicest staff of any Starbucks! Great to see my old favorite Starbucks is still around and starting to have indoor seating. Best place to hangout w good views and cool atmosphere.

I really used to like this Starbucks but every time I try to get coffee here they are closed for some reason or another. Either they modified the hours for the day, despite it not being updated on Google, random cleaning schedules during rush hour for coffee, not open on weekends. Can this place have the hours they list in Google more consistently it’s incredibly annoying to have ad hoc hours to consumers.

Loved the new decor & your grande Vanilla sweet cream cold brew coffee is perfect as hell and lots of 200 energy
