Despite how busy it gets, the staff know how to work. Definitely one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and the drinks have never been an issue. In fact, they’re always perfect.

Very rude supervisor was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly hung up on me when I asked if they could help me find a unionized Starbucks

One thing they got very confused. You have a Spanish speaking employee. But can't even bother to communicate with his Spanish speaking customers. Something that I dislike to see. I don't think is appropriate for another customer to helped your staff. Understand what your other customers are asking for.

They replaced a family-run Chinese restaurant that was there for 10+ years. I miss them everyday and whenever I see this corporation and their capitalist greed, I cringe at the fact they are still not unionized.

Won’t come here any longer. Seems as if they aways cut the coffee. I have a shaken oat milk espresso with no esspresso. Just water and creamer. What a rip off.

I am leaving this review because I am very disappointed with this location. Yesterday I payed my usual $7+ for my tall coffee. The lid was not on correctly and I spilled it all over my car. I went back in to order another one. Now spending $14+ on a tall coffee. I don't know who needs to hear this, but Starbucks replaces spilled drinks at no extra charge. I was not aware of this, but I called and spoke with Bernadad. She confirmed that this is true. Since I'm here every morning, I asked if I could get my next cup comped. She happily said yes. Anyway, I come in today only to have the entire crew run around and say "we are looking for our book, bc we don't know what your drink was. " They absolutely know my drink by the way, I'm here everyday. They eventually make my drink to have this lady, Norma come out and interrogate me about why I'm getting a "free" drink.

I've stayed coming here despite the new crew not getting it right sometimes. I really miss the old crew. They would've never done this.

Today I ran over to Starbucks to grab lunch and was informed that they will no longer carry salads; they were delicious btw. Saddened I bought a protein box and just noticed that the bag of nuts and dried fruit look mildewed. The chickpea patties are pretty gross as well. Alas no more lunch at Starbucks - will stick with the breakfast sandwiches!

I was having trouble with my app and getting my free drink for my birthday. Dani was a blessing and helped me be able to redeem my drink for my birthday. Please reward her for her excellent customer service skills. I wish the entire team was as nice as her.

Leaving a review for this amazing place that made this rainy day feel so warm for my family. I couldn’t find an item on the Postmates app, I called Starbucks on Griffith and was helped by MY which did an amazing job and her team too. Worst location especially front counter. Crass people who don’t know coffee/barista terminology. Go elsewhere?

Amazing morning crew. Always friendly and very capable of handling rushes. Looking forward to being able to dine in again, it always felt welcoming.
