Starbucks, Rosamond CA

I’ve been coming here since it opened. This morning I found a hair inside my spinach feta wrap.
I called to inform them and they said there’s nothing they can do, not even check the other ones they have.

This is the nicest Starbucks I have been in! The inside and outside are to nice, ear and clean!

This is uncomfortable to write a negative review.i was sitting inside Starbucks looking at my computer and I noticed someone was waiting for her order. I heard the African American girl working in the drive thru talking about her. I think she ordered thru the drive thru and they messed up with her order not sure but This is not the first time I heard the African American girl complaining and talking about white people this needs to stop now. Racism is not acceptable. Most of the time they messed up my orders too. She seems to be rude to customers. They need a better manager and they need to work on their customer service skills. I heard so many people complaining please do something. THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW!

Staff is super friendly, only flaw is their drive thru always takes forever. Short line or long line, you're gonna wait a while. Spent 35 minutes in the drive thru today. As a mom I was excited for the drive thru becuz getting the kids in and out their car seats is a hassle, and then carrying my order with the kids is also difficult. But the drive thru is definitely a disappointment.

Great Starbucks with awesome customer service. The only flaw is that when I asked for a venti pink drink, literally 3/4 of the cup was full of ice. It took up most of the space in my cup and barely left space for the actual drink.

TBH I love this place but some days are a hit and miss. Some workers have attitudes and others are hella nice and awesome.

I went to buy a Venti Iced Coffee and the guy on the window was giving me a looks. So rude. If he doesn’t like to work at Starbucks he should find himself another job. I’m at Starbucks sometimes more than twice a day. Most of the girls that work in the drive thru already know me. They are so nice to me except for today. I was going to tell him something but I keep it to myself. I got home an I decided to write a review because we don’t deserve to be treated this way. He looks like he is almost 35 yrs old and he acts like a child.

Staff is always friendly and personal. Very clean store. Comfy outside seating area. Right next to freeway. Love this location.

Why so long to get coffee!? I shouldn’t be surprised that it takes an hour for the offspring of this redneck town to make a coffee but it’s still frustrating to wait so long in a drive thru.

They have the new Pokémon drink and wow it's so good. It's a pink drink and blended w/whip cream.

Stopped here on our way ti LA from LV. The personnel was really friendly. I hadn’t met that friendly person el for a while. The dragon drink was very delicious. ️

My shaken expresso was amazing today. Lots of Carmel. They have been out of almond milk the last few time tho.

Rosamond now qualifies as a town now that Starbucks has opened. It's clean it's efficient and need I say more. Welcome to the 21st Century Rosamond.

Inconsistent times they are open. One day they are open till 8, another 9, another 7pm. Went tonight, lights are on, drive thru lights on, but they are cleaning up inside and no one had the decency to get on the mic and advise they are closed. Its like the employees get to choose when they want to leave.

Great new location but our mobile order that included a croissant that we requested be warmed wasn't. Small inconvenience.

Staff always kind, courteous, and professional they really warm my heart especially if I’m having a tough morning. How you treat people can save lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ️

This is the nicest Starbucks in the area. Bright lights, nice decoration, clean and good serving staff.

Broke down at the drive thru window. Manager quickly and safely responded with crew and got me over to parking space. Making a situation for Handicapped patron far less stressful
