17Pretty solid location. Drive thru always seems to move at a decent pace and I don't think my orders have been wrong yet.
Lousy. Usually Starbucks are all the same but this one at least said bananas are "discontinued", lol. Which was the sole fresh item, everything else is packaged in plastic from a warehouse somewhere.
I'm not snobby or demanding with overworked underpaid staff, maybe the boss is a jerk. But my simple order was delivered on three bags, I had to look through them on the counter to find mine.
Made my drink 4 times still wrong. 3 other stores go there.ill go to another store.you have many one star.
Well people are so nice & very friendly! I always go there in the morning & I fell peace of mind. I love it deep in my heart ️
I like my hot drinks at 190° so that they stay hot. I don't know why they had problem doing this, twice.
Word of advice. Don't order any food from here unless you want to wait an extra 15 minutes.
Nice and friendly workers. The online order system is stupid and doesn't work for them half the time much to the chagrin of the employees.
All the usual Starbucks drinks. Lots of staff. Usual Starbucks design, though with plenty of seating indoors.
Paid 5 dollars for an iced venti drink and only got 3 decent gulps.pure ice, next time, getting no ice (they didn't even let me get a refill)
I ordered ahead on the mobile app and waited until the time the app told me to (I had forgotten my mask) and then went inside to grab my drink. It was not ready and they made me stand outside in the cold for another 30 minutes, got my drink wrong twice, and did not apologize for any of it. Very disappointed and will be taking my business to the new Dutch Bros in town even though they are less convenient.
One star for sure due to the fact I just went in there to grab a coffee on my way to work and the guy at the counter told me rudely to leave because I didn't have a mask I used to come to this shop in particular because it had the best coffee in town this will be my second time since coming back home they have dissapointed I am sad to say this but I wouldn't reccomend this starbucks if you go to one go to the one inside Albertsons much better service and your coffee isn't so watered down sincerely a fellow coffee enthusiast.
As always great people working there. I wish I didn't have to ask for a straw each time I purchase a drink.
Slowest Starbucks ever, waited an hour for two coffees. I will make my own, also the prices have skyrocketed with inflation.
Great! We love their Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino's and Coffee's! And they serve a coffer cake that really reminds both my husband and myself of the kind we ate in Jr. & Sr. High during nutrition! It is so good! Their teas are great too hot or cold, I just wish they still served the chicken Waldorf sandwiches! And their Chocolate Cake Pops make a great dessert!
Even though I have a difficult order thus far they have gotten it right. With how much it costs it better be! The only reason you only get two stars is because of how Gaull-durn long it takes!
This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been too. Pandemic or no pandemic it's always been slow.
Placed an order for an event for 6pm upon arrival they said they had no record of my order, waited 30 minutes while they looked and turns out my order was in a note book with my name on it. Well they make a small box of coffee for 17 dollars for 200 people. Yeah when it arrives at 645 pm to event it was wrong we were quoted 115 dollars for a big container. We send 2 of our guest back again to return it and get the right one. They figured it out the coffee arrived to event at 845 way too late. It was returned 80% full and to top it of one of the managers was rude and tried to blame me for her mistake. The service was terrible and a waste of money. They lost my business
