Not allowed to redeem stars at this location. Weird cause I can do it at the smaller ones in Target.

This location is privately owned so they don’t follow the common courtesies of other Starbucks. One of the baristas straight up put my drink cups back when they were on the line to be made, and he was really snooty too. Management seems to care more about pollution and profit, they don’t even give waters out without stipulations.

I have been trying to order my drink through mobile app for several months now and cannot, because the app says this location is out of Oat-milk. I have gone in the store and they actually have Oat-milk. So this means anyone trying to make a mobile order with Oat-milk is SOL. How much business are you willing to lose. I go to other stores because of this.

I actually goes here everytime I go to mall, Barista are usually nice and have patient to listen to your queries. But when I went here, one of the woman who's doing the training with the new barista, while she was taking my order, she seems annoyed and didn't even try to listen to my question and just shut me down. Anyways, the drinks here are always good no doubt in that.

The girl that took my drink order spelled my name Carol, not Carl. She thought it was funny and the manager did nothing for me when I brought it to his attention yesterday afternoon.

In a world of wokeism that is celebrated by this company, I would have thought that people would be more sensitive towards their names.

I am offended and disgusted by this behavior and was reminded yesterday why I don't get my coffee from Starbucks.

Super rude. The lady took my order wrong- I said it was fine. Still made my order wrong and when I pointed out that my drink was wrong, the lady was so passive aggressive and threw the drink at the sink. The worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Starbucks

This is a mall Starbucks and was pretty busy. They moved the line fairly quickly. Everyone was friendly

They need more ingredients. I use to order butter beer off my phone and show them the pic on how to make and now everytime I ask them if they can make it, they say oh we don't have it; even though it's been months ans months since I ask. If you have a customer that wants a drink but you're out of the ingredients you make sure you let your supplier know so they can restock. Stop being lazy and get better at your inventory checks, do your job.

When you order your drinks, the employees don’t make them right. For example, when they make your drink, they make it the way they want to make it, instead of making it the way the company instructs them to make it. I tend to go to different Starbucks all the time and every Starbucks that I’ve went to; they all make my drinks the same. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away. This particular Starbucks, they don’t follow the instructions on how to make the drinks on the menu as instructed. They just make it the way they want to make it or how they “think” it should be made. Employees have terrible attitudes and they don’t care to make your drinks correctly. Sad!

Yeah I ordered three pumps of caramel on my caramel Frappuccino and I only got one pump. No bueno but would still come again

This is one of the best Starbucks i have ever been. The place is near one of the entrance and it is so clean. Manager is so kind and friendly. Everything is perfect.

Wow! Honestly the best Starbucks I have ever been! Management and the crew so friendly and knowledgeable. Very organized store and the coffee tastes great! Very well done!
