Young little kid was rude trying to get attitude wit me almost got in to it put a mobile order in and was in line in driver through and was told my order was almost ready got to the window and told me that I had to wait that there where 10 orders in front of me so why tell me they are almost done when they haven't even started.

Used to love coming to this location due to how they always got my order right. However this hasn’t been the case for the past few weeks. I always go before going to class so I’m always in a hurry to even check or taste my drink. For the past 4-5 times I’ve asked for a cold brew with a splash of almond milk and its always either the wrong amount or dairy alternative. Just passed by today at 2: 30pm through the drive thru, asked for a venti cold brew with a splash of almond milk and received a cold brew with extra oatmilk. Its a bit frustrating now that’s its been happening for a good amount of times.

Tldr: It seems like evening shift tends to get drinks wrong often

I ordered an iced matcha latte with soy, one pump of vanilla and one pump of honey blend. Pretty simple order really. So I was so confused when I got my drink and they added pumpkin foam to it and then mixed it to try and hide it. As a barista myself, dude, c'mon. The iced matcha latte is the easiest thing to make right next to the refreshers. This is the second time they messed up on such a simple beverage. The one before that? An iced coffee with just mocha and still gave me the wrong syrup. If they were more complicated, I'd get it, but it being one of the simpler drinks, and adding pumpkin foam to a drink that didn't ask for pumpkin is very strange.

There was a person at the register and welcomed us really well but this guy took over and had poor attitude and was pressuring us on giving our order and was sarcastic to my children

I mostly get my grande matcha green tea latte at this location. The location on Jefferson always screws up my drink. Lawanda works the drive-thru window on Fig and 30th. She is very friendly and pleasant. Today, I asked for a drink stopper.she wrapped a napkin around it before handing it to me. Thanks for always doing a little extra. ️

If I could give this place zero stars I would the barista was outside on her phone taking our order. They got all 4 drinks completely wrong.

I'm like to go to this Starbucks is close to me from home at the evening hours always try to order food and they say always we don't have food or other thing the service rush all the time

They need to clean up the store.
At this location you have employees playing in the lobby when they're off. Screaming in lobby that can people in a panic.

This drive thru is terrible and they tried to blame me for their disorganized line up. There are 3 ways to enter the drive thru, and this was my first time coming to this location as I don't live around here. I turn on 31st St from Flower St, and I see the line up reaches the entrance to the plaza. Coming from my direction, I see 1 car signaling to the left to enter from other oncoming lane, so I let that car go in front of me as they were there first. The 2 cars behind that car were not signaling to turn at all, so naturally I thought those cars are driving straight through 31st street, and are waiting for us to move so they can drive past us. So I'm in the drive-thru line now for about 30 mins as it was terribly long, and I finally get to the order speaker, and put my order through. I get to the pick up window, and the Starbucks employee has the nerve to tell me after I already waited 30 mins that I budded and that they're not supposed to serve people who budded. I had no idea what she was talking about, so I explained to her how I entered, and she said, "That's why we put the orange cones there. " I told her I did not see any cones at all and she goes "Oh, you must have entered from the other side. " She ended up giving me my order in the end, but I'm in shock that they were really trying to penalize me because they didn't think it through that there are several entrances in. If you're going to try and penalize people who have waited crazy long, then you better have proper signs and orange cones from all entrances. 31 Street is a two-way street so obviously people will be coming from both sides. Don't try to regulate something if you won't do it properly, and then proceed to try and penalize people when they followed the rules of that road.

The drive thru at this location is not well thought out. If blocks all parking exits and street access. This needs to be addressed by the city.

Terrible store for takeout. You can’t go in when they “officially” open, you have to wait like 2 hours. Literally made for drive through despite having seats inside. Workers pretty much tell us to F off.

Great customer service! Staff doesn't make mistakes with the order like the other Starbucks near by. Also, staff is really friendly. I like this location

They were very busy in the drive through. The inside was not very busy. They did get the coffee's out in a good time and in good quality.

Love going to this Starbucks location, give that man Oscar a raise! Best person there.

Could not belive theres was no toilet paper ot set covers and when i ask my sistrt to ask for some i was told they had no toilet paper my sister then gog me napkins and then came out and ordered a punkin muffin and end up with a scone divested never havr i ever.

The night staff was very unprofessional while was their to pick up my order I'm a delivery driver for Uber on a bike

They hung up on me 3 times
They didn't allow me to pick up on a hand off they told me to pick up in the drive through the line was super long an I am not permitted to go through the drive thru because I'm not a Motor vehicle. Wish I could give 0 stars for the lack of professionalism and safety apparently the night staff don't care about peoples safety during difficult times.

Went thru the drive thru couple days ago, by the time I went up to order they had a sign saying they didn’t have anything with coffee in it or any refreshers which is almost the whole menu I waited almost 20 mins just for them to not have anything not even coffee what’s a coffee place without coffee I usually order a s’mores frap since it seasonal I ordered the one without coffee since they didn’t have any coffee and they said it was discontinued went to another one right after and they had it they were just lazy.

This is a great location for employees to ignore customers standing there waiting to be handed their mobile order. I understand it's a busy location but there are plenty of employees just standing around.
