Starbucks, San Gabriel CA

What appeared to be a manager seemed completely bothered by the fact that he had to take my order. I believe that management should lead by setting an example as to how they want their employees to act during their shift and having been waited on by this manager was disappointing. I will not return to this location because of this one and only encounter.

Overall, this Starbucks location is quite nice. However, I did experience some frustration with the wait time. While I understand the importance of employee training, it shouldn't come at the expense of customer service. Waiting for an extended period of time can be frustrating, especially when you're on a time schedule. I would appreciate it if the staff could prioritize both employee training and efficient customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

3.5 stars. I used to come here to study and do some work. The vibe and interior of the place is one of the best in my opinion. I didn't realize the drinks were more expensive than other stores. After I realized, I stopped coming.

Is a hidden gem! Possibly the most comfortable spacious Starbucks in Los Angeles. Service and drinks are great as always but with added benefit of comfy seats, lots of space to work from and access to plus. When I want to get out of the home office.this is my spot.

Nice inside but they closed an hour and half before posted and were rude about the bathroom code not working

This store located on the first floor of Sheraton Hotel, it's a good place to have a cup of coffee and rest, pretty quite. Love it.

Needed a quick coffee spot to meet a friend. This was it. Not too busy, good service, quiet enough for a long conversation with a good friend.

Friendly staff, quality product. Too expensive. This not owned by Starbucks location is price gouging. 4.80 for an 8 oz latte vs 3.70 at a corporate store.

Visiting from Boston, MA 11-5/11-9-21I was staying at the Sheraton San Gabriel Hotel the Starbucks is located within the hotel they open at 6a I ordered from the app pick up at 6: 30a Idk where all the food was at they were out of practically everything I wanted to order so I got banana bread, lemon pound cake for later I got coffees the coffee wasn't even hot the barista told me she was having a problem with the brewing machine for hot water so she asked me if I could hang around for a couple mins to brew my coffee I don't understand they open at 6a I was there at 6: 30a so we went to the Hotel restaurant to eat breakfast later on in the afternoon around 2p we went back to Starbucks we ordered some drinks and some of those wasn't even in stock very disappointing I never had this issue at my Starbucks in Boston, MA

I stayed at Sheraton San Gabriel. This Starbucks is in the same property attached to the hotel. I stopped by three time and they never had blonde expresso machine going and that is what I like so I ended up going back without my coffee every day. Disappointed!

My Matcha latte was tasty. The interior is very GRAH-N lookie. It’s one of those places where you’d find reading more enjoyable (if you don’t usually do lol). The only thing I have to pick on is the no-refill policy. ><

I love a Starbucks that gets everything down to the T and this is one of them I have been coming here through my whole trip and everytime its perfect!

Not so friendly staff felt very rushed and they made a mistake on my drink i asked for vanilla cold foam they put vanilla cream when i asked what they put they got a attitude cuz they had to remake my drink i waited another 10min and then they gave me my food which wasnt warmed right i got a mozzarella pesto panini and tomatos were rubbery and cold worst starbucks ever not friendly at all.

Only one staff working, she responsible for cashier, making the coffee, cleaning the tables. As a result, the environment was quite dirty. Full of drinks and cakes residue. And the shop is pretty noisy that i need to move sitting outside near the road.

Truly appreciate the short proximity to my house. I usually go walking and enjoy a great tasting iced latte. However, they often ran out of Oatmilk, and I instantly regret not driving to the Starbucks down the road.

Very fancy place, comfortable and friendly. The attendance was fast and prompt, good vibes. Also the restroom is fancy and very clean, the man restroom code is 0707 and the woman restroom code is 0909, just for customer of course haha. They have good tables and comfortable couch as well.

Lemonade is $3.25 add peach juice $0.8 they charge me $5.some cents
and casher say because we are under sheraton hotel, so we more expensive, if you order lemonade with peach juice, that will be peach green tea lemonade price and you don't want tea.ha interesting.i need perfect my language if i order peach lemonade at here, i need say can i have a lemonade? Anything else? Add peach juice.
