Starbucks, Chula Vista CA

Awesome I love it when my girlfriend ordered for me it was kinda cool and I like the sweet stuff

I know it was my mistake and I admit it but employees did not even try yo do anything to try and help me make it right. Ended up with two of the same drinks. Other locations would have at least understood. Asked for tall instead of grande. Now I'm out $5.

5 baristas and can't make a simple cappuccino.
I was there for almost 20 Min for a wait of 3 persons only. Awful service

Took Over 25 mins for 1 ordered beverage that was ordered ahead.
Huge cluster of people waiting and frustrated. Not a good Morning vibe.

Decent Chula Vista strip mall location. Nice outside seating in front. No drive through here.

Staff is very nice. They take the time to give you attention, make sure they acknowledge you, while being efficient. They seem to always be having fun, a nice atmosphere.

We ordered at 10: 34 it is now 10: 50 am they gave us our coffee cake and still no coffee nick is very slow

The customer service is amazing, especially Tristan who was very kind & sweet. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Friendly service. I appreciate making my to go drink after enjoying my breakfast and the fun house music.

Coffee was good, attitude was not. Manager and associate acted super stressed. I requested a gift card and an iced coffee, like super simple. I will be switching back to grindhouse in chula vista.

I come here almost daily. Everyone is always friendly even when busy. They know me by name even though I'm awkward and don't really small talk much with them. Drinks are always exactly as I ask for them. Love this location!

Staff was very friendly. They had new covid-19 rules to deal with and they did so with a smile.

The line for Drive-thru is usually long. But it goes by fast. It never makes me not want to get coffee because of that. As for the employees are always so welcoming. They repeat your drinks as you get to the window.
When you order inside. Same thing, employees are always welcoming. Inside it is spacious and clean. Overall thus is one of my favorite places to get coffee.

Great service (vibes) Unquestionably, the best Starbucks in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee just in time. The atmosphere inside this store was very vibrant and relaxing. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, guys!

I am a regular here, since I work in the area, so I get my morning latte here.
Or mango dragon fruit if I want something different.
I have never been happier to show up to a Starbucks then this one.
Even when it’s quite busy, things seem to run really smooth.
And it’s still not a long time until you receive your order.
I really appreciate this particular Starbucks location for the atmosphere it creates. <3

This Starbucks location was a bit busy but the employees were able to handle the crowd. They were patient and friendly.

Please train your baristas what your sizes are in ounces. I asked for "12 ounce" and "20 ounce" and both drinks came out "grande".

Can't wait for normalcy.but the day I ordered they were out of all teas, refreshers, cinn dolce, etc.and they are always out of top stoppers.
