I go to the Starbucks inside of Vons because it's less hectic at this location. They are also well stocked and always have my coffee or tea on hand. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Love the Matcha Latte. It's my favorite.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks and none can ever get so busy all at once like in Big Bear. Its cold in winter so people want more warm drinks. The staff at Starbucks bog bear deal with the nastiest and coldest customers in California maybe. Some weeks it doesn't slow down. Busy days here and there elsewhere but here it goes for weeks. No slow periods just the next customer. Fortunately it does. Still always very great service and great attitudes.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but this brand is going downhill. We were told that our ordering options were very limited because this branch has very little water pressure and it takes them 25 minutes to make one coffee drink. This is not the fault of the employee who was trying her best to serve customers. We were able to order lattes (the only type of drink available), but there is always some problem at Starbucks now. Brand is deteriorating.

Here on vacation with the family thinking a good cup of coffee in the morning and some hot coco for the kid would be good start for are day. But we ended up getting water down coco no sweetness and cold creamer not coffee. I called to get a refund or something but the customer service was rude and was blaming the purchaser for the problem. Horrible service.

Today we ordered a matching drink which turned out to be hot chocolate with a little matcha in it, very disappointing. Nice servers tho!

This one is inside a Vons but there is one across the strip mall in the same parking lot. They were nice even though they were busy and I had a large order.

Conveniently inside Vons. Atmosphere suffers because of that convenience, but who cares?

The drinks were tasty.

We asked for 4 steamers for children, and I made a point to ask them to keep it on the warm side, not hot, but they came out too hot and couldn't be sipped the entire 20 minutes we lounged there. They ended up being tossed out, to the children's dismay, and to my wallet's regret.but temperatures can be tough to get just right.

This starbucks had nothing I wanted. NO HOLIDAY drinks is what I was told. No breakfast sandwiches, no banana bread. Ask for 2 packets of brown sugar for my oatmeal. They gave me one and no spoon. The service was horrible and I'm not sure why starbucks everywhere never has enough of stuff, even before the pandemic. I personally use to spend at least 15 dollars mon-fri but, now I'd rather go to Dutch bros or dunkin. Way better service.

This Starbucks is garbage. Literally only open when they feel like it, or the air quality is fair enough for them to work "indoor. " There's not one employee here who takes pride in their job, or their drinks. The quality of this Starbucks is dismal compared to the rest, and the that's being generous. Another garbage establishment in the valley that we don't need.

I usually get the iced americano decaf with some cream on the side, sometimes on ice. My kids love their hot chocolate they have nice cookie selection service is quick and very efficient.

Worst Starbucks experience. They blocked the restaurant off. You can not order inside. Only mobile apps and drive through. No explanation why. Maybe because it’s Labor Day weekend.

Very sad that when you pay so much for drinks and they get it wrong they just roll their eyes like you are the one who made the mistake, rather they took the order wrong. At this point, this I'm no longer going to Starbucks. If you are unhappy at your job don't blame the customers when you get their drink wrong. Roll your eyes at yourself for not listening to the customer, it's not even about you making the drink correctly at this point, once the barista rolled their eyes that was it. I suggest going to another place for coffee. And yet, corporate will probably look at this post as Whatever! Sad to say.
