Starbucks, Pleasanton CA

This place doesn’t work.
You order your coffee in the app, you drive 10min, you wait 20 more minutes and they still have no idea when you get your coffee.
It’s just ridiculous.

Pathetic. This Location’s employees are worthless and work less than the homeless outside. Now they want a union to extort money from headquarters. Can they spell SHUTDOWN ASAP? !

I just like to say that Casey and Dillon have excellent customer service and Starbucks as a company should be thankful for baristas like Casey and Dillon

The service at this location was, by far, the best Starbucks experience ever. The staff here, nailed it! Kind of made my week!

Flies everywhere inside and out - horrible experience. Talked to manager who said little could be done and city was responsible for outside area - avoid on hot days

I go to this location and the new one on Dublin Blvd everyday for a Brown Suger Expresso, but for the past 4 days the quilty of the coffee is so bad that I am rethinking going to Starbucks all together. I don't know if this happens everywhere or just in these 2 locations. If the corporate is not doing anything about it, soon they will loose all of the customers.

Miserable cup of Latte served by the most grouchy lot. They had no interest in serving. So disappointed with this store.

Rude staff. Yelling across the store because kids were reaching towards a drink from the cooler.

I embarrassingly sent my mobile order to the wrong location thinking it was this one. When I walked in to pick my drink up and realized this, the barista doing mobile orders (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was SO kind to me and offered to make my drink. All the staff were so considerate, and I look forward to coming back to this location for the great customer service.

I have to take away a couple of stars here because the outside seating area of this Starbucks is not at all clean. The garbage cans are overflowing, the outside tables and seating are dirty. My request to this Starbucks is to pay extra attention to keep it clean at all times. Especially during this Covid time when indoor seating is closed.outdoor is open but it’s sad that it’s not clean and I have seen it that way on multiple occasions here. Believe me I really like Starbucks and I like the quality and clean food and drinks they serve. The customer service is also good but guys please also take care of the outside cleaning. Thank you!

This is the best star bucks. I know no better starbucks. I've been to many star bi in my time but let me tell you, there is no better star bucks. I go to places all over the world and you know what they say? You wouldn't believe where these people come from they come from- high up places. And you know what they say? This is the best star bucks
