Starbucks, El Cajon CA

Fantastic coffee fantastic service one of San Diego's best. The only problem is that occasionally, homeless and mentally ill persons disturb this place by throwing full creamers in the trash and other things. The staff members, however, are courteous and compassionate to others who are less fortunate. I must sincerely praise them.

Love my local starbucks. Never long lines, well when I show up. Friendly smiles, always smells good inside. And all drinks are freshhhhhh.

I go here to get coffee every morning before work! Wonderful staff! They really are there for their customers!

Location wasn’t busy, about 7 customers waiting for their beverages. 5 people behind the counter, 1 was the cashier, 2 was the barista. And 3 were standing in the way.
Bathroom closed to customers.
Avoid this location unless you have time to waste!

Only Starbucks I've ever been to that doesn't allow customers into restroom, NOT EVEN TO WASH YOUR HANDS!

Go to any other Starbucks. This one is grab and go' only. You will have that knowledge yelled at you multiple times while waiting in the lobby for your mobile order.

Got a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese was so sour and tasted rotten it ruined the whole bagel. Drinks weren’t all that great, I’ve been to better locations. Disappointed:/

Appreciate the nice lady who would not let my 10 yr old son use the restroom in an emergency. We were putting flags out on Main St. They were the only establishment close that was open. I tried to explain the situation and she said sorry try the gym or hotel. Seriously. I get that there is a homeless problem, definitely not the situation here. Will not spend my money at that establishment ever.

I had a medical alert card to use the bathroom and they couldn’t let me use it. I understand that there are COVID precautions, but when a customer is vaccinated and holding a medical alert card, this is an ableist red flag.

Their hours have temporarily changed for the next few weeks call ahead. This review was written 8/26/21

Still don’t allow anyone to use indoors and bathroom blocked. Ok for carry out only. I guess they’re worried about the homeless population since the Starbucks on Mollison (less than a mile away) is fully opened.

Took my daughter here to get a mocha. She is disabled and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Prompt service and great staff. I highly recommend this location!

I didn't dine there because there was no place to sit down. So I went next door to a pizza place and dined there.

My barista was so pleasant! And, she knows her drinks and how their made. I stopped in on March 6,2021 and ordered an iced caramel macchiato made with almond milk, with 2 extra pumps of simple syrup and 1 extra of caramel. She explained the caramel is drizzled on top of the drink and asked if I’d rather have the extra put in the drink itself and also that vanilla syrup is used, not simple syrup and asked if I’d like maybe an extra pump of the syrup instead of the caramel. I went with her suggestion: 2 pumps of vanilla syrup, no extra caramel and it was very, very, good! Why had no other Starbucks barista corrected me about the syrup? ! A small thing but I appreciated the clarification. This Resturant is on the smallish side but clean and comfy. Nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, protein packs, cups for sale, etc. I also liked the location.

An abnormally friendly staff completely took me off guard in a world of continuously colder customer service. The two baristas proved their Love for their jobs. I regret not taking their names so I could highlight them to corporate/management for above and beyond service.

Nitro honey flavor. Smooth, but can't taste the honey. Great people at Magnolia and Main.
