7My Carmel Frappuccino had little flavor and way too sweet. Not enough espresso. Who has time to go back to have it fixed?

because is the closest to my house, many times trying to get my drinks right and it seems like they’re don’t care about how I ask them every time my drinks are wrong I been to another Locations where I place the same order the same way I place it and the location mention before and the other places they make my drinks perfect just the way it should be. It is very disappointing that every time I try to visit them is another bad drink. Today it was the last drop and that is why I’m taking this time to report the employees for a bad customer service and the location for a bad training, very upsetting BAD BAD LOCATION
The store manager is a bad person. You can tell she doesn’t care about this place or customers
Baristas at this location are always really positive and friendly. This is by far, my favorite Starbucks in SCV.

This is a great location and I’m super happy that they have a drive through now, but I can’t remember the last time they got my order right. I’m a very good tipper because I worked for tips a large portion of my life but I don’t feel like tipping when I pay for something that I don’t get. I shouldn’t have to ask for caramel drizzle or caramel crunchies on my caramel ribbon crunch especially when I pay for extra, but they forget every single time. Or ordering a hot white chocolate and getting regular cocoa. I use the mobile app a lot and the tickets are always printed out right but it’s like no one bothers to read them, whether they are busy or not. Get it together people, it’s your wallet that’s suffering.
The new Bouquet Canyon/Urbandale location is brand new and clean. It is well organized with additional new seating. The Wifi experience is very poor. Very limited speed (this was with no other customers in the store and tried on 3 different devices) which is disappointing. Drive- thru is very convenient.
