Starbucks, San Ysidro CA

Restrooms unavailable to their customers because they didn’t have toilet paper! Terrible attitude from employers.

The restrooms are not close CLOWNS

They are close to customers. I keep seeing employees using them every time I go there.

You don’t have to lie but I guess when a Starbucks location runs by Mexicans is common for them to lie!

Starbucks culture is lying to customers now apparently!

Isa provided exceptional customer service. I wanted to order 2 medicine balls but they were out of peach tranquility she let us know different options we had to add a different type of tea. Usually other Starbucks locations don’t do this and instead just say they are completely out. We really appreciated her going the extra mile to take our order. Thanks Isa!

Average starbucks. The staff are fairly friendly and usually pretty quick with orders. The downside is the place is usually really packed.

Spent the day working remotely at this Starbucks while I waited for my friend to pick me up and it was wonderful! The employees are super kind and nice, the morning crew was especially energetic. They welcomed everyone into the store that walked in and were so helpful and kind. Everyone was great though and it was an awesome place to spend the day working!

Usually they have friendly staff but sometimes there coffee is a miss or a hit could vary depends who make it

Very friendly Barista. Nice place to chill after all the shopping there are places to sit in both indoors and outdoors. Great selection of sandwiches and cakes. My favorite is the match latte iced:)

Slow service, when drinks came they only gave us two instead of three. More waiting required.

Today I visited this store, they are usually friendly, but I was shocked by the service of one of the managers, Isa was her name, she talked a lot with the clients and in the end, she didn't even know what she charged, I sent my order totally wrong, I ordered a hot vanilla latte and she put the order that they make it cold, I still asked for a bacon sandwich, she charged me for it, she went into the kitchen while the employees repeated that where was what she had asked for, she already had almost 15 minutes, the employee was talking with her partner in the kitchen, although sturbucks boasts that its customers come first, the service of this manager on duty left me shocked, simply horrible!
