12Drink are quickly made parking is easy but the baristas don’t pay attention to orders. I paid extra for soy milk and asked for my drink without whip cream clearly something I didn’t get.
Being coffee lover looking around for new experiences and new joy. I found this place very satisfying and memorable. Thanks a lot!
I've been at patron at this location for more than 10 years now and I have seen many of the workers there daily or over the weekend, sometimes new workers there, sometimes the same ones, all of them very friendly and kind, many of them call me by my name and greetings are said as I walk thru the main door.
Today, I've experienced some sort of racism I strongly believe.
As I walked to the counter, workers are busy, the white caucasian barista's making drinks, another asian boy is re-arranging the on-line ready to go orders, etc. All I believe being workers hired within the last 1 or w months. No one badder to greed or ask as I stand there for 10 minutes.
White Caucasian customers come and go, but everytime one of those customers are there to pickup their orders, they're greed and served.
There's a moment when no customers are in the store only workers,
I then asked them why they haven't greed me or ask me at least if I'm picking up an order. I told them I felt they're judging me by race profile, I truly felt it. I told them I'm picking up my order for BJ, one of the girls hands to me my drink that's been sitting there on the counter for more at least 12 minutes.
She said she's sorry, I told her I think my drink is cold by now and requested to re make it. They dud it, I took my drink and before I left I told them next time I come to the store, I'll try changing the color of my skin to have better odds to be judged accordingly.
The same girl apologize for it again.
Management MUST train these workers some customer service skill and teach them not to judge people by race profile.
Someone used my bank account. Starbucks Gift Cards were purchased. I wasn't there. This is not about Starbucks.
Andrea is the rudest barista ever! I legit order from you guys everyday! My drink was made incorrectly and she told me it wasn’t her problem
Then got another guy who said he would make the correct one for me! After Andrea gave me my drink she said next time make sure you check your order and order correctly! She could have just gave me my drink and stayed quiet! Never coming here again! Not the 1st time my daughters drink is made incorrectly at this location!
I can't believe both of my drinks were wrong this morning. Please train people right for basic drinks. Tired of spending money on a place that can't get it right.

there today and I had Cafe mocha. Love that ️. Staff is nice and caring. Thank you ️
Went in, no line. Great! 3 or 4 workers behind the counter. One was making drinks for a waiting customer (5 stars for you dude), one was on their cell phone, the others I have no idea their tasks. But I stood at the register for 2 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there to order. No one said "be right with you! " or any words at all. Workers were RIGHT there behind the food case, texting or doing other things. Pretended I didn't exist. Didn't say anything when they finally decided to take my order either. I am patient for a busy business in any situation, but they weren't. Just decided I wasn't worth helping.
One of my favorite Starbucks store, the soy milk latte is the best taste comparing other Starbucks stores in peninsula. Only one thing bother me when entering the store is to open the door by hand during pandemic, I would give it a 5 stars if she can provide napkins at outside near the door, attached a picture of other location for a example. Millbrae please catches up.
Waited for my coffee for 15 minutes while there was less than 1 customer in the place. Staff was completely rude for no reason, I was yelled at across the store for my mask slipping down (which I immediately pulled back up) and my coffee is watered down bc it sat around, again why? Worse Starbucks I’ve ever been too.
Ordered a coffee and egg bites at 11: 45 am on a Saturday. I got the egg bites fairly quickly but the cold brew coffee (already made) took them 16 minutes to pour. There are only two comfortable chairs and every other chair in the store had a very low back. They literally come up to your tail bone. This is not a good coffee shop experience.
