Starbucks, Spring Valley CA

These lovely ladies at the drive thru helped me get my 2 coffee drinks even though I didn't have exact change they helped me out. That made my early morning and day go so much smoother on Thanksgiving!

Staff are always helpful and welcoming. The drinks are made well and food is cooked through. I love the open space here too.

This location opened right on time with full staff ready to serve it up. I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was one of the best tasting sandwiches I've had from a Starbucks. The croissant type bread was perfectly toasted on the outside and soft and moist on the inside.
The barista was attentive to make sure I got my order and would check on me for coffee refills. It was nice to have an individual that took the time to provide great customer service.

This is my favorite Starbucks. It's always consistent with the flavor of their drinks.

I always come here and all I can say is that you never know what you will get. I order the same thing every morning sometimes it comes out amazing and other times the coffee makes me regret buying it from Starbucks.

Really like this location, staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus they are fast, I usually end up walking in and they are quick whether I order ahead or while I'm there. They also seem to take the time to learn their customers name and greet them when they enter the store, which is neat.

Good customer service however the store is not well clean Floor not swept, men's rest room not cleaned and tables. Employees need to put more attention on having better presentation on store. The drinks were great.

They keep messing up my orders everytime I go, it’s getting annoying, I go for convenience because it’s very close to where I live. Started going to “Gladly Coffee, ” and it’s way better! Drinks have been on point every time! It’s very close to the starbucks, only problem is that their drive thru is what’s only open.

Awesome establishment. Even when I did not order anything they would except an order for my dog. Much respect

Coffee is always great, but it is advertised $0 delivery fee on Uber Eats, but I get charged $4 every time. $16 later Uber says they can't refund it because it's the stores issue. Guess I'll have to chose another location.

Close to my home so I’m here A LOT! Friendly staff and great service. Have never had a bad experience here. One of my favorites and I go to Starbucks all over San Diego.

Iced caramel macchiato with a little extra caramel. Yes I order it like that every time and yes I'm fully aware of how basic I am.

Great service. Friendly staff. My single complaint is that in regards to one mobile order, I ordered a croissant sandwich and got a stuffed croissant instead. It's not a huge deal but I'm going to have to deal with the cost difference. Otherwise, great people overall.

Where's Starbucks I've ever been to rude staff, literally yelling at each other in front of customers extremely slow service and my drinks were made correctly but we're not my drinks

Usually a great spot. They sometimes run out if certain drinks but staff is usually great too.
