Such kind staff, so helpful and informative. Was so kind about the wait when it was not long at all. The best Starbucks experience I have ever had. Manager was so happy and sweet! 10/10 service!

Hi. I leave in Del mar and there’s 7 Starbucks within 2 miles of me but this one is the closest and on my way to work and back. I spend over $300 per month buying espresso drinks from Starbucks but unfortunately I only get my order right by 20% of times and 80% of times I’m very disappointed and don’t enjoy and don’t finish my drink. The employees should know the difference between cappuccino and cafe latte. I pay $6 for my cappuccino twice a day including tips. (There’s a reason why drinks have different names and require a different recipe.)
Also, please don’t tell costumers they MUST or they HAVE TO pick a number on your charge device for tips. Tipping is optional and demanding it in such a manner is inappropriate specially when you don’t give them what they ordered. There are other ways, nice ways asking for gratitude such as” Please make a selection on screen! And so, …
Most importantly learn the recipe for drinks and value costumers choice and their visits. Thank you

Today Jameson and one other male employee went above and beyond during my order and I just wanna make sure they recognize for that they were so kind and made it even a little fun. August 8 6: 15 pm!

They should really start making the employees read the company tweets,
“ A 'Quad' technically has four shots of espresso, which is one more than the three shots that come in our standard Americano. ”

They genuinely think quad means 5.

I order the same drink every time and it always tastes different.staff is also inattentive to mobile orders.i waited for 5 minutes trying to get the employees attention for a mobile order that should’ve been easy to grab and go but they put it behind the bar.not the kindest staff and act like they can’t be bothered

Great service. Bathroom is cleaned regularly and the people always seem friendly despite major rushes at the drive thru that I imagine are quite stressful. Food and drink comes fast and they always say have a nice day on my way out. Very good for an Amazon delivery driver stopping for lunch.

I'd give this Starbucks a 0, but that is not possible so I give it a 1.

I ordered from here on mobile and I asked for no meat on a breakfast sandwich because I can't eat meat. Instead, they took out the cheese, which I still wanted, and gave me a meat and egg sandwich, making it inedible due to the fact that the meat was heated with the egg. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I opened the cream cheese, I realized there was a hole in the side of it. I don't think my plastic knife did that and it's just unsanitary. Now I am left with no sandwich, which is $6 wasted, and no cream cheese, which is another $1 wasted.

Nice, newish shopping center location. Not the same as the Vons Starbucks in the same shopping center. Parking is a bit cramped for the volume of business here. This location has a drive through.

Great customer service. Line was super loong but workers were doing a badass job and the line kept moving at a rapid pace. Received my order and all tasted great, very happy with this place. Wish more starbucks were like this one. I will definitely stop by each time that I am in the area. There were other stores in this shopping plaza that looked nice.

Drive-through Starbucks in Del Mar off of Del Mar Heights best drive-through Starbucks ever. The line is so deceiving it's always very long but it moves so quickly try it out

If your name is uncommon, order in person, they tend to play favorites with online orders. At least you can sit and work as long as you need without buying anything.

Writing this review because this drawing was hilarious! It really made my day! I didn’t notice until I got home and I thought it was super funny to be walking around with this all day, it shows the staff’s good sense of humor:)

Everyone needs to lighten up in the comments it’s JUST coffee to go. Not a Michelin star restaurant, my americano tasted great. I always get it black and this one wasn’t too burnt nor too watered down and with a perfect amount of ice
