Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
16They gave me rotten milk in my drink last time. And there is one girl in particular who works in the mornings who is an absolute witch.
Very rude. I tried to place my order but one of the workers rudely hung up on me. I would suggest going here if you like to be rudely harassed and treated badly.
Very busy in the morning so I suggest you order ahead on the app and pick it up at the window. The drive thru was very backed up so it's better to order at the window outside.
Ordered two coffees on the app before we left the house in the morning.when we arrived at the store the line of people was thirty deep.waited for twenty minutes, no cofee. Arrived at work late and in a bad mood. If you don't have the staff then turn off the ordering on the app. Starbucks has no respect for its customers.
Lol I hate this location, I only ever get a black tea lemonade but everytime I've come to this specific one they always without fail never put the lemonade in the drink; so I end up paying extra for just a plain black tea. Just save yourself the headache and go to the starbucks on Mercury. If I could give this location negative stars I would.
Completely messed up my order. Asked for a blended macchiato and it was not blended it looked and tasted like it just didn’t have ice in it
She wouldn't scan My phone for my points and sighed and shrugged her shoulders when I asked for a receipt. Poor customer service. It killed my vibe. I'm not happy to come here anymore. Starbucks is rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. It's discrimination.
Go there every afternoon and always have a great experience with the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, gone to many different Starbucks around me but I always find myself driving the extra miles to visit this location! Line can get long but usually moves pretty fast.
I don't know why but this is the best Starbucks around. The drinks just always seem particularly delicious from here.
Was super excited about this location opening but very time I come here they constantly get my order wrong. It could even be as simple as the size and when I tell them its wrong they look at me like I’m crazy and it shouldn’t matter. Other times they will do the right order but change one thing. It seems like they need more training or need to listen better. Starbucks has been around way to long so this to constantly be happening.
Placed order and waited over 10 min. Never got my second drink while the first one got cold (wasn’t for me). They couldn’t find my original order and then tried to give a gift card as a refund. Had to demand to get cash back then gave me less then what the original order was. Will not come back to this location
Starbucks has a set of standards as a company and this Starbucks appears to excel at meeting or exceeding them. I go to this Starbucks a few times a month (when in the area) and the drinks are always delicious and made correctly.
The staff has always been pleasant and the one time I saw a disgruntled customer, it was promptly resolved by the manager and the customer walked away with a smile on her face.
Highly recommend this location. There is no inside as it is drive thru and order outside and wait only. Not the best location for those who want to conduct work in a lobby area.
Brand new Starbucks, great staff. Drive-thru get long, but do move quickly. I do dislike the fact that drinks are filled all the way to the top with ice; without ice, it's under half a cup filled! I tried it. I don't mind price increases for such drink I am willing to pay. However, filling cups to the brim with ice is a bad profit making decision.
How the new location passed planning approval is beyond me. A Starbucks drive thru and an 'In N Out' literally a stones throw apart? This location is only counter service, and thus a jumbled incoherent pick experience occurs between online orders and walk ups outside just standing around in front of the restrooms accessible outside. Let alone the approach to said pick up meanders thru the cars passing through the drive way in and pinched between the In and Out burger. Horrible horrible planning.
Personally I’ve only been here once so I don’t know if was just an off day but it was the longest wait I’ve ever had, they kept screwing up orders and forgetting to give people all their items. It seemed a mess inside. Won’t go here by choice again
