Starbucks, San Diego CA

Do not order for delivery in this location. Drinks was not even sealed when delivered and to make it worse I was missing a drink. Workers in this Location don't know what they are doing. If I could give a 0 star I would.

They were so fast even though their drive-thru & lobby were both packed! Not to mention, usually when any place is fast like that the quality of their products suffer but not in this case. My caramel ribbon crunch was delicious!

I have been to most locations in San Diego and this is the best Starbucks location BY FAR. There is one rude woman here, however, the drinks are made quickly, they are the best tasting, and their drive thru is the fastest one I’ve been to. I love them.
P.s Limited parking.

I was running early for my bus, so I thought I'd pop over and get a WCM. While this crew is obviously working hard, it took over 15 minutes to get my order of a single beverage, and then watch my bus go sailing by. And they only run every half hour on Saturdays. Lesson learned.

I have been a fan since the first days of Starbucks. There is an affordable option for espresso drinkers

Deplorable service and barista abilities. Waited 15 mins for one coffee. Watched customers who ordered multiple items "after" me get there food and drink first, drinks that take longer to make than my own.

Some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Never ask how I’m doing or even tell me what my total was. Probably the worst Starbucks you can go to

The worst service I've gotten. Couldn't hear us. Or didn't try to. Charged for vanilla and vanilla cold foam, barely got any foam and paid for syrup I never got. The guy wouldn't even say hi once we got to the window.in fact he didn't say one thing the whole time we sat there. Despite asking him how his day was going. I have never had such a horrible experience at Starbucks. Not to mention, they owe me like two dollars for cold foam and vanilla syrup.

I was the only one there waiting for a drink and the was 2 people sitting in side. 3 workers behind the counter and it took for ever for my drink.

This is my go to Starbucks. Everyone's so nice and helpful, they always get my drinks perfect

It took a while to get my drink made and when it was finally finished, they just set it on the counter (no one told me that that one was mine or anything - so I may have even taken somebody else's drink!)

Been to this location twice now. Staff is always friendly and they make good drinks hot and cold. So far great baristas! Update: I thing morning crew is the best, but times in the afternoon the drinks are not as good as the morning.

Worst drive through service. They take too long and if they happen to be helping a friend they will talk for minutes without considering the long line in the drive through. They don't care about doing a good job and it's noticeable.
I get better service at Starbucks in university or the one inside the Vons store. Stay away from this place they will waste your time.

A huge location with lots of seating, a great place to sit and do homework. When I was there the staff was having so much fun together working and making drinks. Their positive energy put me in a good mood.

Terribly small parking lot that causes us to block traffic on El Cajon Blvd. I would have gone inside but parking spots are blocked by traffic of drive thru.

Good quick service and nice place to study. Cleanness is so frequently done. Thank you for the great times.

Horrible service there was a spill on the floor let the barista with a black apron know and they acknowledged it and never cleaned it up nor there was a spill warning sign. Tea was spilled in their work area they mopped that immediately and even cleaned the counter where the drinks are placed appreciated but the spill should of been a priority, since a customer can slip and fall. Still here 10 minutes later no clean up Every time i come bad service disappointing
