Starbucks, San Diego CA

I went to order a few coffees and I chose to get this hot coffee and they really poor nothing into my coffee it was half way nothing. They did not fill this up at all as is supposed to be. I almost spend $20 for this and another drink. I was very upset about this.

Always friendly and consistent Starbucks. There are better places to have coffee in the neighborhood but this place is fast and convenient.

This Starbucks is relatively small inside with additional outside seating. It's usually pretty busy in the morning, but the baristas work through the orders quickly. As of early 2022, they now have a pickup window out front for online orders, which is handy.

Very upset with customer service not only did they let the phone ring but the lady answering when I was trying to fix my order kept telling me they didn't have a order for me at there store when at the same time the Uber driver was there waiting for my coffee.like how lazy can this lady be.ruined my whole experience seriously

I asked for a dark roast coffee and was served a medium roast. Not a huge deal but I didn't realize it until I got home and I had to throw it out!

Didn't have simple strawberries and the girl at the register was very rude to my 12 year old. My daughter said we're not going back.

Like the corner location & layout. Really like that they have a walk-up window pick-up. The inside does feel crowded quickly though and inside seating is limited. There is a fair amount of outside seating fortunately which is great for the good sunny weather.

Such a lovely place, the staff are the nicest people, I go here like at least 3 times a month and sit in the outdoor seating almost everytime. Definitely recommend going here one of my favorite starbucks stores!:)

I frequent Starbucks every morning and the crew is absolutely fabulous. They have my drink down wonderfully and they are quick with the turnaround time.

I hate this Starbucks! The workers seem lazy and will take 10 minutes for a single order. It’s not clean and the worker talk more than they work. This location is a bad representation for Starbucks. Don’t believe me…go see for yourself.

This is one of my fave Starbucks because they always provide great customer service. They are always busy, but manage the line and pickup orders very well, and very organized. Consider all the traffic that comes through there and the pace at which it does, they do a very good job at keep this place pretty clean. I’m a weekend regular here, it’s our go-to place after church, and sometimes during the week after bible study days. Kudos!

I stopped by this Starbuck's location on a rather warm afternoon and needed some water. The baristas were so hospitable and friendly and prompt with their excellent service. They were hip to discussing ideas and maintained the store extremely well.

Is good but make sure u have time to wait for the coffee because ones u r in the drive in theres no way out.

Bought some of this overpriced millennial yuppie joe, because I was out of my own espresso.

Always good and the manager is very nice. He makes a point to acknowledge everyone that walks into the door. Exceptional customer service.

My order was perfect and the staff was friendly. It took them a little while but it was a beautiful day so the wait was not bad.
