Starbucks, Mecca CA

Trying to make a order and dining room is closed and they won’t let you walk thru the drive-thru since we have a trailer that can not access it - this location runs right along the road to Glamis therefore there is a lot of people who have trailer stopping here and it is most inconvenience - I guess they don’t want to make money - I was not the only people walking away today

I think they need more barista in this area, our order took a while as they prioritize drive thru. It was very busy! But the baristas are very friendly and attentive, so I'll give them 5 stars.

Ordered 5 drinks and didn't get a holding tray for my drinks. They didn't have anything resembling a box to hold my drinks during my drive. My car only has two cup holders. I tried asking for additional help with my drinks and the drive through attendant just closed the window and went about her business. Loved the coffee but hated the costumer service.

Very VERY good! This is a Starbucks I went to because I lived in the apartments near them, love the service, and it's a perfect spot for relaxing and drinking coffee. Love the spot to, you have Del Taco, Chelos Burgers, and a AMPM! Best of all, gas all with them combined!

This place is the worst when it comes to hours of operation, mobile orders, and keeping there dinning room open. Fyi to corporate this is a truck stop so when your lazy employees don't have your dinning room open you loose thousands of $ and customers I recommend new management that actually cares about you ROI cause this place should be a gold mine. Infact while writing this review I was informed that they are no longer excepting orders for the day and it's only 5: 45 on a Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend

Worst location ever. They don't seem to utilize their drive thru or mobile order. I guess with 6 staff members it's difficult to manage a store with drive thru and mobile orders. Took me nearly 30 minutes to order in store the first time I came. Thank goodness I don't live here!

This place actually made the BEST latte I've ever had and hubby said the "undertow" was great as well. Wish I got batistas name so I can give her props. To bad I live 4-5 hrs away however atleast I know this will be my coffee stop either to or from glamis.

They're never open, even when their hours say they are.this starbucks I'd absolutely worthless

Half of the time app is down, i dont know if its not communicating between employees or what, but occasionally they do mess up the drinks

Every time I get a sandwich it falls out the bag they need to change the packaging but they definitely make coffee fast

They are never open, they have a sign on the front door stating they open sundays from 10-6. Drive thru line was full & at 10: 16 they put a sign that it was going to be closed. Called starbucks 2 times, they dont answer either. I was waiting outside in the front of starbucks at 9: 50 am and a worker opened the door for a male and locked it. 5 mins later the male guy comes out with 2 starbucks. This starbucks is never open

The hours of services are ridiculous. It is really hot out there in the Valley talking of Mecca and is closed when is on the hotes hours. Lost of customers just leave because they want to refresh and there's no other Starbucks near. This is really disappointing over all. Don't matter if the staff is friendly or of they have great services the owner should be looking more into this matter

This particular location is not on my 2nd stop list. The ladies were not friendly at all. I ordered me drink and it was incorrectly made. I informed the associate, she turned and said i'll make you another one. She never even looked at me. Rude, rude employees.

I usually go there for caramel frappe's but I also liked their other drinks, i would recomend if you like coffee-free drinks: chai tea, strawberry refresher, pink drink or strawberry and raspberry acai! For my coffee buddies I would recomend the basic.caramel frappe, Irish style cold brew, caramel macchiato, vanilla bean frappuccino, and Americano!
(I would also recommend looking at their website because their are lot more of drinks to choose from) these were some of my personal favorites. Thank you!

Drove 20 miles thinking it’d be open because it said it was open on here. Literally wasted gas.

Don't usually do Starbucks seems like they have become passe. But the crew here was rocking to great tunes and cranking out tons of drive up and walk-in orders. I had a pound of beans and as I've been motorcycle camping for a few weeks and didn't bring my grinder they were awesome to make frenchpress worthy grindings for me. Up the PCH and home to Glendale, OR. Thanks guys.

Don't waste your time bothering to even ask if they have refreshers! I'll save you the trip and let you know right now that they never have any available!
