Starbucks, El Centro CA

Applause for the Starbucks on Imperial & Main, El Centro! If any other business wants to know how to create the perfect staff they need to spend time at this particular establishment. The staff is exceptional and incredibly sweet. I get my favorite beverage here every single day and it's spot on without fail. That can't be said for the other 30+ (at least) that I've visited over the years. And going back to the staff I have to say that they always leave me happy and with a huge smile, they literally perk (ok, pun intended, lol!) up my day! Kudos from the management down to the newest employee! Oh. I have to give a shout out to the gentlemen who work there when the battery cable came off of my car while ordering (drive thru) and very quickly placed it back on for me and not only are my heroes but got the line moving quickly again. Thank you to everyone at Imperial & Main! Love you all!

Here we go again with HALF CUPS‍️, we're paying for FULL cups starbucks baristas FULL cups! The coffe we pay for is not worth $1 I am gonna check my drinks from now on to make sure these guys get me full cups. This happened at the one on Main and Imperial.

BEST FREIDLY SERVIVER EVER I ASKED FOR WATER THEY WERE NICE AND AWSOME ENOUGH TO GIVE TO ME GOOD WORKERS

Avoid going at peak morning hours 7-8 as the parking lot can become chaotic center. People using their cars as bumper cars and people crossing without looking both ways. Besides that, they make good Starbucks drinks here.

A friendly and sincere greeting upon entry, followed by immediate attention to service (with a smile)! Interrogative and aware, the staff were friendly, made me feel welcome, and provided excellent products and services!

I must say I walk in 5 times a week because their service is awesome. I always ask for a Venti 8 pump iced chai, easy ice, and cinnamon powder. They always make it perfect. The staff there is wonderful they have me talking in daily. Keep up the awesome work.

Whether it's going through the drive thru or sitting inside.my friends and I always get great service and great coffee. Their teas and refreshers are the best too.

Nothing unusual about this Starbucks. Service was fast and pleasant, with the usual Starbucks offerings.

What was unusual, was a much better than usual blueberry scone. It was yum!

The lines are long but not because of the staff. They quick, efficient, and helpful and made sure I could redeem my stars!

The staff was pleasant, but both of our coffees were 1/2 full. Was not impressed paying for a grande and getting a tall.

I like Starbucks.the wife loves Starbucks.thus particular location.not so much.to be objective.

The service.well it didnt feel very customer service
Skilled. (some people that work there look and act line they hate their life or careers.)
They get distracted with one another while customer wait to order.
Just the attitude from the staff.

No idea how this place is still open, staff is rude and opened till 5.30pm no exemption even if you are already in the drive through line. Apparently the business owner doesn’t need money…
