Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
10The staff were really friendly and attentive despite the giant line, my barista (Jaden) was super sweet and did a great job on the drinks!
I don’t normally rate places but oof. I ordered a Salted Caramel with extra foam and was charged accordingly and I got a Vanilla Sweet Cream with extra VS foam… Basically a whole different drink: (
edit: i feel like they don’t train their partners correctly: (I ordered the Salted Caramel CB again and told them to sub out the caramel with vanilla. This just gave me a Vanilla Sweet Cream with extra regular foam again…. Please train your register cashiers better! And give them time to learn the acronyms.
They always mess up my drink. Today the girl that took my order wrote "lt ice" instead of light WATER when ordering my Mango Dragonfruit refresher. The employees aren't knowledgeable about the tea options offered, when I order my Royal English Breakfast tea latte they mistake it for a London Fog often. My cousin and I came here during the weekend, one of the employees rolled her eyes at her and turned around when my cousin was asking for a straw. I understand most of the employees are students and have busy stressful lives but they should receive better training.
My drink didn’t seem to have any sweetener added to it. I was given a different sandwich than the one I ordered and after telling the employees that I ordered something else, they came back with another sandwich that was still not what I ordered. On top of that, they forgot my chocolate croissant and extended my wait time for the order to be even longer.
I had the best experience here! One of the baristas (Beya) was very kind and asked me how I spelled my name. It may not seem like a big deal to others but it made my day and I will definitely come back to this location. Its very spacious and clean. Thank you again Beya!
The location on SDSU could have been better. It was crowded, which I understand but at least three people received their orders before me and they were behind me in line. Then, one of the baristas put my down but didn't bother to call my name. Luckily, I saw the item and my nay on it.
Sage was very helpful. My drink spilled and didn’t hesitate to make me a new one.great customer service.
This location can't scan the QR code for a credit card on the app, only the barcode (which was $0 for me at the time) and they don't take mobile orders. What's the point if I can't earn my stars
Very busy, lots of students, store doesn't do extra star offers. Good drinks, but sometimes the baristas can't hear your voice when ordering and can make mistakes because it's pretty noisy
The atmosphere is fantastic with an amazing nice staff and some really great coffee! I would definitely come again.
