Starbucks, Redwood City CA

It's a grab and go Starbucks.
Coffee is guaranteed to always be the same coffee we love and enjoy.
They just seemed to be in a hurry for you to decide and leave.
Polite but not to welcoming.

Mostly consistent starbucks.the location is a little iffy because of the neighborhood but the staff is still nice and quick

I love coming here for my cup of coffee. The service is fast here compared to other Starbucks in the area. All the workers there are amazing.

Not the nicest place. You're better off heading to the Starbucks at 2227 Broadway if you're coming in from the train station.

They used to have light seating but cleared it out. The bathrooms are blocked for everybody. There's a lot of homeless people around and frequent shouting at the train station, there have even been a few thefts around that I've experienced from a distance.

In fairness, their coffee is fine, but their location is not.

Ricky and his team are the best. They always remember my name and go out of their way to say hello, even when busy. While waiting for my coffee I notice them greeting the majority of customers by name, which goes to show just how awesome they are that regulars are always coming back. 10/10 exceptional service.

The staff here is always visibly working hard and fast, and they still manage to be friendly!

Starbucks is doing there job they are friendly they have a very nice smile keep that smile you will bring more customers too buy coffee you also have good service keep up the good job your doing your job

I am si glad that we can once more sit down inside and the restrooms are open. Without these two amenities, Starbucks is just overpriced coffee. But good coffee none the less, far better than "diner coffee"

Horrible experience with the curbside pickup. I waited for 5-10 mins after their given time in the app, for the last 3 times and no one came out with the order. When i go inside and question them (3 times), all they is sorryy and one time, one of the baristas, raised her voice and said "Cant you see the crowd, we are working on it", while my order was ready to be served. I had an appointment to rush to and because of this delay, I had to cancel my appointment.

Good coffee and service. Was able to eat-in. No place to plug in a computer though. All electrical outlets have been removed from the seating area.

Coffee stinks. Dont get why people waste their money here. But I have to say the service was outstanding. Super helpful and friendly.

Great coffee as usual but I love that we can dine-in. They have tables and chairs that we can use. However, they were out of almond croissant (bummer) LOL.

If I am in Redwood City, I would go to this location for my starbucks drink. I like getting my drink here because they move quick, accurate and provide friendly service. Kalo was fantastic going over the menu, she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with a smile.
