Starbucks, National City CA

This starbuck doesn't disappoint when it comes to quality service and products. They have amazing baristas working around the clock to get the customer their orders at a fast rate. Only down side would be location. Given that it's placed across from the high school, it is always packed. But that doesn't stop me.

Lot of there items are incomplete and out off stock. Don't know anything till you are ordering and then your stuck in line waiting to leave. No signs posted or any indication of that.

Staff is always polite and friendly. Drinks are always perfect. My biggest issue is the parking/drive thru layout. During peak times you can’t get in or out of the parking lot because the drive-thru line. And getting out of the drive-thru line after you get your order is just as much of a nightmare. And it’s across the street from a high school, so it adds to the traffic issue with parents using the parking lot as a drop off for their kids.

The baristas at this Starbucks are amazing! Every time I go there every single staff member greets me Warmly And no matter how busy they are they all seem to have an amazingly positive attitude. I never Wait more than 3-4 minutes for my drinksI don't know how they do itBut they are greatHands down best Starbucks around! Especially Joy! She is so sweet!

Literally most friendly starbucks I have ever been too! I was trying out a drink and didn’t like it and they offered to make me a brand new one, I appreciate you guys so much thank you! Sweetest people ever.

Workers are friendly but coffee doesn't taste good and double check your bread (leaving a review after 4 times coming to this location)

Good service, one of the faster paced Starbucks so that’s much appreciated since we went on a busy Saturday. Drinks and food were great as always

This starbucks was great! I came late in the day on Jun 17 at around 5pm and it was pretty clean! I was also welcomed and even when I was posting a post-it note to their small sticky note pride month wall, someone asked if I was here for a mobile order even though I was just making a sticky note lol. It's also really nice to see and I really appreciate how they have a little wall of motivational sticky notes to help celebrate pride month in June 2020! You never know when someone (who's not being able to be themselves) passes by this so seeing that wall of sticky notes would help them feel more confident!: DDDDD I should've taken a picture of the whole thing: (Here's a pic of the sticky note I put though, they also provided pens and different colored sticky notes so you can put your own sticky note: DDDD

I ordered a tall caramel frappucino and I got it decaffeinated since drinking caffeine makes my Anxiety worse. The taste of the Caramel Frap.decaf vs a regular Caramel Frap caffeinated has no difference! It sti tasted amazing: '> Their staff was also very fast at getting my order ready (since it wasn't busy at all lol). Their bathroom is also open to customers!: ')

Somehow this starbucks never has ingredients to prepare drinks and to add on top takes forever. It's been like that only in this location.

I speak for me and my friends that this Starbucks is the most friendly one we have found, during our senior year all the crew of the Starbucks treat us like friends instead of clients and I love’d it. I really enjoyed my time in this Starbucks and this will be forever my favorite

Just want to say hands down the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in this area. I went there about 7am this morning and ordered a cinnamon dulce cream base frap with cinnamon mixed in. It was soooo good! It wasn’t melted at the bottom so I was able to get a little bit of the crunch of ice and it tasted like cinnamon. They lady at the window was the sweetest as well. Ya’ll are doing great! Keep it up I’ll be back. Ha

Never going back to this location…order an Iced Macchiato asked for a straw and the lady said with an attitude “we’re not allowed to give out straws for that type of lid” horrible customer service…. I usually go to H street and broadway, Chula Vista definitely they’re the best in customer service….

No other starbucks does my drink right except this one. Doesn't taste right if it's not from here.

I think you need to have more of red cups you guys ways run out of them I was disappointed that I did get one.

The most memorable experience for my 11 year old daughter! She woke up this morning and it is her birthday today she wanted her favorite place Starbucks! So I took her and told Zoe our order and told her it’s my girls birthday they covered my order! Zoe and her team made my daughter smile from ear to ear?

From Northern to So. Cal this place definitely knows how to make an awesome brown sugar with oatmilk shaken expresso! Excellent customer service

Food, drink and people are great. Bathroom wasn't clean this visit, a non customer left their adult diaper. I let them know about it. The other bathroom was forbidden for customer use. Since AB 1732 passed, SB has been using that to block public access to their bathrooms. Employees said it was for them only. See photo.
