Starbucks, Carlsbad CA

I came in at almost 7pm last night on January 28. The guy making the drinks was clearly angry. Slamming drinks and not saying peoples name when completed. There was a massive puddle of water on the counter and floor. He never cleaned it and proceeded to put every drink and my sandwich in the water. He didn't mix my drink on purpose. In hindsight I should've just returned everything. Btw they were not busy at all. This dude couldn't even make 5 drinks without throwing a tantrum.

It took FOREVER to order the coffee didn't taste like the usual taste that Starbucks has. 1 star for sure. I would give it 0 star if I could.

I love Starbucks, but it looks like this guy's wife loves it more than I do. He looks like he's been waiting for her for awhile?

Great place to stop by in the morning. Plenty of employees working hard with a great attitude. They are on their A game. Keep it up guys and thanks.

They have menu in brail and large font for visually impaird or hard of seeing.

The wait time is short as the line moves very fast. They make the drinks to perfection. Must try if at the mall.

Horrible service always takes longer than the expected mobile eta time. Placed a mobile order a drink and a bfast sandwich. Literally was waiting over 25 mins past the eta time. I spoke with an employee regarding my order. She said sorry we ran out so we didn’t call your name. Okay great to know 25 minutes ago. People expect to be in and out when placing mobile orders. Otherwise what’s the point?

Quick for a small staff. Nice spot with lots of outdoor seating. Also good selection of other drinks and snacks.

This location, like all the other locations I have reviewed was well run, organized and projected a positive environment. And it's pretty rare for me or my wife to receive a product that isn't well prepared and exactly what it was claimed to be.

I admire and respect Starbucks. You hear a lot of conflicting stories about how well they treat their employees. I think most of the " I worked there and. " stories are just people looking for their 15 minutes of fame.

I grew up in a restaurant family and my parents always treated their employees with respect and I believe went above and beyond in some cases to support them. But there are always going to be a few who expect too much or think you owe them cause you own a business.

Our family only had one location and that was tough keeping everyone happy while trying to run a business. So how a company like Starbucks, that has thousands of locations worldwide is expected to keep everyone happy is beyond me.

When visiting family over the holidays, I leaned heavily on this Starburks in the AM. I dropped big orders and they provided prompt accuracy. I'm still in appreciation, thank you.

Why even bother reading this? You want coffee and they have coffee. You want over priced snacks and they have that too. Like standing too close to others in a pandemic - they got it.

Shows on the door they are open until in the evening it’s now 3: 55pm and the doors are closed and locked, no explanation. I got off the I5 just to get a coffee wasted 20 minutes and still thirsty. At least 10 ppl have come to the door just while I’ve been typing this. If they are closed then put it in the app so ppl don’t waste time.

Really busy today considering it's black friday! Order your drink online to save your time!

Very friendly staff at this location, will go back to this store when I'm in this area again.
