Starbucks, Chula Vista CA

For sure great place, great environment, come here on a daily basis and never have had a bad experience, 10/10

With this much foot traffic, they are kinda slow…Maybe get a few more hands on deck…
Other than that, regular Starbucks flow…

Clean facility, extremely efficient and customer friendly staff. Drinks prepared as requested and good value for the cost. Will definitely return when in the area.

Elbert was amazing! I order a pink drink with a lot of modifications which is hard to make for some. However everytime Elbert helps he makes it amazing! Thank you Starbucks for having such a great team member!

Consider taking the drive through part down since you clearly don't have it. Misleading.

Terrible customer service, the baristas didn’t know how to make anything, and we had to remind them to make a drink twice. Our only help was Jonathan.

Love my Vanilla Bean. As I was going in Starbucks, I took a very serious fall on both knees and palms on some rocks. There was 2 very nice ladies who helped me. I am already very sore.

It's 9: 12pm as of posting this. 6 minutes I walked to the door and it was locked. Hours state 9: 30pm. Three workers ignored me. I used to work at Subway and I get it. Last minute orders suck but i just wanted to ask if it wasnt asking too much if i could get a hot chocolate to go. But instead, they ignored me like I was a beggar or something at their door. Still operating hours and if they just gave me a chance, i wasnt going to ask for a difficult order. Welp, definitely not coming here again and it'd be nice if other customers with this same issue in the future be vocal and give a 1 star to this location. Thanks in advance

Very unorganized. Had favorite customers who got there drinks ahead of others in line. Waited 25 minutes for my drink while the people behind me got their drinks. The personnel was Interrupt by every customer there. It was hard for them to concentrate.

There was a guy working here and he was so helpful. There was a new drink that I was thinking about trying and I asked him his opinion, he told me that the drink wasn't very good and recommended a different drink I had never tried but was amazing.

This Starbucks rocks! Baristas are always friendly and attentive to your needs. They always make sure you have fresh hot coffee. Would always recommend stopping by this one if you need a cup of coffee in the area. Management is a different story.

It is what you expect from a Starbucks. This location has limited parking and limited seating. Plus it is difficult to get to. It is not my preferred location.

Love this Starbucks. Typically great service, kind employees. Only downside is that there isn't a drive through. That would give it 5 stars.
