Starbucks, Oceanside CA

I ordered a strawberry frappe and it tasted like old construction boots. How hard is it to mix milk, sugar and strawberries? They were all too busy talking about Christmas socks SMH

This location is the worst location out of all Starbucks locations. I stop by every now and then maybe once every 6 months and nothing ever changes at this spot, assuming it's still the same incompetent management who does the hiring and training. Employees are always busy with chitchat&gossip and work comes second. I was there today, had to wait good 5-6 minutes until two ladies were done discussing their personal matters for me to be acknowledged. But that didn't happen, instead a lady who was busy at the back with restocking had to stop what she was doing to come take my order, while the first two continued their heated chitchat. They gossip about coworkers, customers, and their personal lives.have seen this over, and over, and over. Very bad and toxic environment!

Great friendly place to have coffee. Good atmosphere. They make my drink right every time I'm there.

Went in around 10 am for a mobile pick up order.the two baristas were talking nonstop and i was obviously standing there because i needed something.so i ended up just reaching over the counter for what i needed.i understand chatting at work but if there are customers i think it would be appreciated to stop and ask what they need.

Friendly staff and clean restroom receive the stars. Coffee was typical Starbuck fare, which I am not a huge fan. If you like it you will love this location because it is about the only coffee shop near College & River Road.

I went in for my usual, iced shaken espresso and I saw the barista put in regular coffee with ice and this is made with 3 shots of expresso! It didn’t taste strong at all! If I’m paying 5.50 they need to make the drink right!

Always throw down in the cup. Take my morning to another level when I forget to make my own or don’t have time. I order ahead on the app and the nice ladies always got my drink down and give recommendations while also letting me know cheaper options for configuring my drinks for the lady’s at work. Im clueless about how all these sizes and fancy names work but they are always so helpful and patient with me!

If youre doing a nation-wide tour of the fakest, worst starbucks workers, this a must see. Just for the novelty

This location consistently takes over 20 minutes to make a decaffeinated order. We always order before we leave the house and they still put off starting the order until after we arrive so they can tell us it is a pour over and will take a while.a pour over takes about 5 min. I waited 21 minutes for our order today. 10 minutes was in the store waiting for them to yell me it will take a while before they even started the tall black coffee. Poor service consistently.

This location is super close to my house and whenever I stop here I’m always pleased with the service and whatever drink I order, it is always made with attention. Will definitely be stopping here again!

My favorite Starbucks location. Never super busy. Great lighting and ambiance. The baristas are very helpful and patient. Every time I've had a question, they answered it completely and politely. Amazing service and great coffee.

It's literally the only Starbucks to have not let me down. They're so sweet there and service is very quick.

One of the best starbucks ever! I am so happy to have such an amazing staff work here, they strive to make you happy and they are just some of the realist people.

Apparently you can only use the free refill with your rewards card if you stay in the coffee shop for longer than 2 hours. And the rules and details are not written anywhere or provided when asked. And when being told that I can't have refill the employee was upset as if I was stealing from them.

Publish rules somewhere at the very least. And a 2 hour stay for one refill is absurd. 20 minutes and I'm on my 2nd cup.

The staff at this particular starbucks were very kind and welcoming. Coffee was great too!

They are normally quick when your a frequent which is great but I just cant get over the barista taking my points without asking. It is the second time this store has done that to me lost 150 Stars I gained in a week and they gave me 4 dollars. That's the points for 3 pastries that I get for my daughter when shes with me. 4 dollars credit for losing 12 dollars in points.
Im really upset. Princess. The ones that do acknowledge me and everyone else there keep trying, you'll get more help to meet demand soon.
