Starbucks, Visalia CA

I love the Starbucks on Caldwell. I thinks it’s the best one in Visalia. With there great customer service. I have to give a shout-out to Jose (I think) I could be wrong. He is super sweet and his politeness goes a long way. I appreciate his kindness hope he knows that he does make peoples day with just his kindness and little conversation he would have while we are waiting for our drinks. Thank you Starbucks on Caldwell you guys are the best:)

I’m a bit disappointed. My latte was about 1/2 a cup full. I am usually impressed with this Starbucks, but not today.

They were out of everything and they completely messed up my order not once, not twice, but 3 times! She DID finally give me my pastry at no charge because she had made such a mess of things!

Waited in drive-thru line for 7 minutes to finally order but was told they were out of caramel brûlée, out of decaf, and out of breakfast sandwiches. I’m now stuck in line with 3 cars ahead of me. Smh!

I was ordering and drink and asked the sizes because i know that they have weird name and i got response that was snarky and rude saying “large, medium, and small” i wouldn’t come to this place again at least while the rude worker named Emikio

Needs interior to be updated. Seat cover pealing off bench seat. Coffee good. Still a bit outdated but great service.

It's Starbucks! Drink was great as well as the service. The drive thru line moved quickly.

Easy on the ice I asked! Yeh right! After removing the ice from the drink this is what left with‍️ Pathetic! STOP! The con of filling with ice and less of the actual drink itself!

They were really busy with a holiday rush, but still very kind, quick, & my orders are always accurate. Thank you!

Super sad this morning, nothing seem to go right at this Starbucks. No decaffeinated coffee, no fraps, no this no that and the mobile app was not updated.

In the WinCo shopping center, went hella early & they were hella busy! Walked in cuz drive thru was insane! Absolutely thought I'd be there forever but they got their morning crew working in harmony cuz my 2 apple crisp macchiatos were ready to go in about 5 minutes flat!

They are my new favorite Starbucks! The staff was awesome & our drinks were fantastic!

Always good service and the staff is super friendly. Drinks are really consistent and well made. Definitely would recommend!

It is always to be called, "Hun", to be greeted and engaged while the store. A much better experience then some of the other stores in Visalia
