Starbucks, Folsom CA

I think this is my new favorite location to go to! I don't know who the girl was who took my order but she was so sweet and so nice and didn't make me feel rushed. Kyle at the window was also super amazing and super nice and just seemed really genuine and had a good eye for detail! It was a great way to start off my first peppermint mocha this season

My husband went in today to get his usual and the lady at the register was too busy talking to another customer or someone who worked there that she completely botched his order. She was rude, gave him the wrong drink size, drink order and he had to pay for his extra shot that he didn’t get. Unfortunately, because he was rushing through for work he couldn’t complain to management. This is ridiculous though. When you’re working just do your job. Socialize with friends on your break or after work.

Very long wait times. Don't recommend if you're in a hurry. Drive through took over 10 minutes just for a regular coffee.

Worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. 6 people working, no cars in line in the drive thru, took 10 minutes to make the worst pour-over I’ve ever had (basically water). Tables were filthy, seats had crumbs and freshly spilled liquid. Ownership must need to pay them more—absolutely no sense of pride or ownership in that shop at all. Will never return to any Starbucks after this. Peets for life.

Order is wrong almost every single time. Lady in the morning must not like dogs as she makes it a point to give pup cups about teaspoon in quantity. Super lame. Starbucks on Saratoga way is by far a better experience.

I ordered a few drinks from this place a couple of months ago and unfortunately the drinks were sugar substitute it with the wrong sweetener called in they showed me the next time we were in the neighborhood to stop by and they would replace my drinks. Today I stop by the manager so gracefully replace all three drinks without hesitation.

I like most Starbucks locations. You can count on friendly staff and clean place of business. This location has a good drive thru.

Horrible customer service. Not at all what Starbucks used to be. Extremely rude employees. Drinks are made wrong all the time.

Love this location, I go there so often all the baristas recognize me. Feel like a celebrity with my coffee. Best feeling ever.

Great place! The drive thru is sometimes really long and busy! The drinks are great! Recommend a White Mocha

Been coming here for YEARS! Even before they moved from across the street into this new building. I can say I'm very pleased with the fast service, quality drinks, and great treats

I am giving this Starbucks a 4.6 Overall Score:

-inside the building is very roomy and nice for meetings or meeting up to study. Accommodation score: 8/10

-the drive-thru is typically fast moving, however due to covid and other current circumstances the line has been piled up to the point where more than half of it is across the street into the Raleys parking lot. Drive-thru score: 6/10

-the baristas are VERY friendly.by far the most friendly baristas I've ever met at a Starbucks, VERY pleased with how they behave. Service score: 10/10

-the sandwiches and drinks are well prepared and delicious. Food score: 9/10

It's Starbucks. Not much else to say about it really. If you've been to one you've seen it for what it can be.

They are always so quick and so far they have not messed my order up, I get a Iced sugar free cinnamon dulce latte with heavy cream. It's keto friendly
