Worst Starbucks experience ever I came in At 8: 30 AM today and ordered a venti light ice oatmilk shaken espresso they said they were out of oatmilk which was oK to substitute for Soy milk The were too young guys One of those guys was making the drink after he was done with the young white male who made my drink slided it from the counter and the drink fell on the floor and he told me why I did not catch the drink while I was standing at least 5 ft away The other young African American said go get a mop and clean it up he went to go get it come back with nothing and said let someone else to clean it up While the other guy was making my drink he put the ice all the way to the top I told him I wanted light ice he says well the ice is just gonna melt anyway I was already frustrated I took my drink and of course I tipped them $2 almost said give me my tip back and a refund almost ans that I don't even want my drink anymore I've been coming to the Starbucks with my family For a very long time never had this experience spending $100 to $200 a month I will never come back to the Starbucks again they just lost a customer

About the worst ever. 10 minutes to make 4 drinks, one a simple house coffee. No sleeves. Had to ask them to identify which was which & they even got that wrong. The coffee drinker got the chai & the poor guy who never drinks coffee didn't get his chai. The 2 guys supposed to be working were too busy talking to pay attention to the order. And the other 2 employees just kinda milled around. Do yourself a favor & go to another Starbucks, any other Starbucks!

I purchased a Venti moca frappuccino with 5 extra shots of espresso and asked for the extra, when i got my drink i was handed 1 cup, i asked for my extra and i was told there wad no extra, yet i ssaw the guy who made my drink throw it down the drain. I paid for my drink, there is aleays extra frappaccino left.

Hours posted are WRONG, sad nobody can take the time to update the hours so customers are not wasting time.

One of the guys that works here went above and beyond what any worker does. He was so sweet, he went and got me a cart, he came from behind the counter to serve me my drinks and everything. I'm disabled, so that was so sweet and kind of him. Thank you

Just not up to par. At this location I can never get what I ordered right. They charge inconsistently depends on who is working. Getting milk for coffee is like asking for gold. I no longer buy from this Starbucks even though it is right next to my work. I have approached manager twice because of the issues noted.

Horrible service barista refused to do a pour over dark roast I don’t understand it I know they don’t brew dark roast during the day so they always give you the option to do a pour over not this place

Drink's are good. Had no problem with that. Service is excellent and friendly too.
We got the strawberry frapaccino and the pink drink.

Rarely anything in stock. Always run out of the things I want, no matter what time of the day.

Starbucks is always the same during this time, long lines, good lattes, etc. And expensive coffee

Staff always friendly regardless of time, I usually drive through at 515 AM, so that's impressive!

They have the worst mocha I ever had from Starbucks. Tried two times from here, first time was worse and second was worst!
Never going back.
