Quick service. They we're only taking cash and Starbucks app payments. Something was wrong with their system.
Today is Saturday, and they told me the lobby closes at 10pm. Drive thru closes at 11pm

MAJOR inconvenience that the inside of this location closes so early! You do a mobile order abs cannot go inside to get it. You have to wait in the drive thru line that lives EXTREMELY slow at night. I come to this Starbucks daily and this has become a major issue. They should create a pickup window or reopen the inside. I did a mobile order one night and 15min later the order was not done and I still had to wait once I got to the window in the drive thru. There were only 2 cars in line. Something should be done about this.

Absolutely love going to this Starbucks. I ordered the Vanilla Blonde Iced Coffee for the first time and totally messed it up by putting vanilla creamer instead of milk (Yikes) trying to avoid straight milk. Brought it back in to get it fixed and pay the difference of my mistake. Brandy was absolutely amazing and kind. She figured out what I did wrong and talked me through the process and how to fix.

You feel unwelcome in this place. There is no greetings when you come. The place feels empty. Players don't talk to you if you talk to them They refuse to give me a refill because I order dragon fruit.

The drive thru rep kept asking me to repeat myself over and over again, had long pauses after I placed each order, didn’t confirm my order, and generally didn’t seem to know what was going on. My food was cold when it was supposed to be warmed, and they gave me a grande latte filled to half the level of the cup. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the drink was still decent tasting.

Yesterday I was at this location and a very rude and unpleasant man was also in that location and he caused a disruption in the Starbucks and your employee Brandy I believe her name was showed excellent customer service skills she showed care for the other customers that were in the store and stood her ground even after the man called her some unpleasant names as well. I would just like to say you should be very happy and lucky you have someone like Brandy working for you I hope she gets the recognition she definitely deserves.

Good service. Gets very busy, especially the drive thru.

Vanilla sweet cream cold brew is a favorite. My son loves their cake pops!

Only Starbucks location i know that doesn't make your drink (app order) until you arrive. And I even tried arriving 5-10 min after the estimate's max!

I live across the street from this location - so I stop by a few times a month and this team is the nicest bunch of employees I’ve ever met. I always leave with a smile - which isn’t always common in big companies like this. Thank you everyone!

They forgot I was there, was waiting at the window for a hot minute thinking they were really busy. Made eye contact with a worker and actively saw the realization that they forgot about me, it was funny at least

EVERY time I go here there’s some issue, and rude employees. Today, no card in the driver thru and being rudely told I can come inside. The entire reason I drove all the way to this Starbucks was for the drive thru because I’m sick. So instead of spreading illness during the holiday season, seemed like the drive thru with a mask on was safest for everyone. So I don’t love being treated as if I’m doing something wrong when I’m trying to do the responsible thing. I used to work at a Starbucks so I know things happen out of an employee’s control, but there’s also a polite way to handle it especially during cove times. I tried to call instead of leaving a review, but was ignored three times

Went here on a random and got random drinks and a couple pup cups. I also used the restroom and you needed a code. Which was great and it was clean. Thank you. Everything went smooth here.

Always friendly and 99% of the time correct order. They are so accommodating though if a mistake is made and kind. Love my dog too. Always a pup cup on hand for him

This is my favorite Starbucks spot. The staff is mostly friendly, the store is super clean, and it's always a nice experience all around.
