Starbucks, Fremont CA

The employees here are SO NICE. My husband and I walked in and were greeted with a warm hello and very friendly service. It's sadly hard to find that at a Starbucks these days. Would highly recommend this one simply because of that. It really made us feel more comfortable and made it an enjoyable time there.

Service is good with the day shift crew, but on the weekends there is a bit of a lack of attention to detail on orders. Everyone is helpful when I go here and there's usually a seat available. I wish there was less merch in the way of the door. Parking is also a pain, a very small lot.

Honestly this is just a regular old Starbucks. However it has the SMALLEST parking lot and never any parking. 9 times out of ten I will drive past this Starbucks to avoid the parking lot. I have also seen numerous accidents happen

Great pleasant service.no condiments available so you have to ask for them.no worries once requested.

The service bad, don’t care customer.
They put only a little milk to my cup, I ask to add more milk, they said I have to pay more.
Now I go Peet’s coffee add free milk.

Lousy service, that their employees take classes on how to serve customers, without generalizing

Our neighbor hood Starbucks where my pups tries to walk us to daily for his puppaciano. With school in session, it gets quite busy and back logged so order ahead during the mornings and lunch time. Friendly staffs and a convenient location. Parking may get challenging but there's an extended so just need to walk a bit.

I like this Store all employees are good the only thing I didn’t like today the guy was doing the trash I never see he went to wash your hands. He went back to do orders

It was good here but sizes were confusing as it was not the regular ones they offered at other locations but tasty as always and fast service

Nice big table. It got super busy when school let out, kids everywhere but they eventually left. The place is good.

So it's pretty rare I write a review but since I worked the service industry for more than 20yrs, I feel if this your choice of a job you shouldn't be rude to customer especially if they were not rude to you. If I pay for something in my drink, even if it's extra I expect to get what I paid for. Today this was not the case, the batista gave me a dirty look when I asked her to fill up my cup with more milk. I paid for it. After filling she rudely shoved my drink across the bar. I then thanked her still and also told her to have a nice day and she remained silent. If you're having a bad day do not take it out on customers.

I have never had a problem here. It is a cute little shop that is clean and the barista clerks are fast. Only downside is parking, the lot is very small. Good experience overall.

Went to get a coffee, not happy, I appreciate them making it again, too strong I wanted a little sweet

Ordered, paid via app, and viola! My tasty drink was ready in minutes.
And out the door I went.
