Starbucks, Fresno CA

Absolutely horrible service, they didn't have any sugar and wanted the charge us extra $ for a liquid sugar. Coffee supposed to come with sugar and not as an extra charge. Absolutely horrendous attitude by the guy too. (12/11 at 1: 40pm)

Went here for 1week. SOMEONE SPIT IN MY COFFEE AND I GOT A BACTERIAL INFECTION. WENT HERE FOR 1WEEK AND THEN SUDDENLY GET DEADLY SICK. YEAH U DO NOT DESERVE A TIP OR TO BE WORKING IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY WHEN U ARE GOING AGAINST FDA HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDLINES. IF I KNEW WHO SPIT AND GOT ME SICK ID SUE U. TRASH.

Customer service feels off-putting and the seating is hazardous with a sharp metal piece under the long table right where your knee goes; and my husband hurt his knee and was in a lot of pain while the music was loud and flow of the store going all around us. We only went there because it's by the best movie theater. We're looking for the best Starbucks and one of them is definitely the North Fresno location next to Sakura Chaya and the other best one is by Trader Joe's in Clovis. They're nicer and make better drinks at those other two locations.

So it would probably be helpful if you put a sign before one enters the drive thru that says you don't accept anything over a $20. That way our time isn't wasted in the drive thru. What a concept!

I love this Starbucks! Every time you go through the people make you feel like you're the Most important customer they've ever had.
The service is fast and the orders are accurate.

Went to this place looking for something refreshing, found it a very chilled double blended cookie crumble frap. Never had it. Glad they recommend it. You need to try something different once in awhile. You'll be surprised.

Great place to meet up at with friends. Enjoyed having a Green Tea while I was there. Excellent customer service was definitely given, very talkative and was given nothing but great hospitality

The Ladies and gentlemen at this Starbucks are amazing and have great people skills very nice and respectful

Called to tell them they got my order wrong wasn't trying to complain AT ALL. But the person answering the phone had a bad attitude. I work in customer service too, i understand the difficulties, but i wouldn't ever give a customer attitude. Uber eats on the other hand did awesome:)

Bad service and they gave me my drink with Carmel all over the cup and said sorry it’s cause we are busy…. And when I said something about it the girl looked at me like I mest up! I live close but won’t go to this location anymore I’d rather drive to Clinton and 99

Lovely workers and drinks! Just slightly understaffed during such a busy time and the parking lot with the drive through is a nightmare

Just order a spresso frap, and tested like water and sugar, ask the barista to please ad coffe and she said that her machine wasn't doing good, so she said that she will remake it but I had to wait in line at the drive thru, besides the dumb excuses that she gave me, wasnt going to wait for 30 more min. Just to get a remake, I had already waited 20 min in the first place. Hopefully they get their machine fixed. Is sad giving customers nasty drinks for such a high pruceprice already.

This particular restaurant like any other Starbucks has their peak hours but it's generally the quick in and out and they feature all of your favorites and the stuff is always very nice to talk to and they try to give you your order quickly

Normally I don’t write reviews but I have been to this Starbucks location many times now and I have been SOOOO IMPRESSED!

I still think it's overpressed craft but taking a lack until it now seeing that my girlfriend loves it

As a former partner I don't often go to Starbucks, and even less often do I have such stellar experiences with baristas. Everytime I go here tho the baristas are sweet as pie, and last time I even got a sweet note on my cup that made my day. Thanks for hosting such a nice team you guys are doing great.

Today I went by in the morning. Yana greeted us with the most friendliest, warm, happy go lucky personality an voice. Her greet made my morning. We were on our way to see my sons football game and with her friendliness and welcoming heart she wished us a great morning and hoped my son win his game. She is truly a true representation of great customer service and a person who values people in general. Her warm welcoming personality is what will bring me back. Thank you Yana keep that personality and vibe the world's need more people like you!

The employees are always friendly and they're pretty fast with getting the drinks out.

I ordered one of my favorites, Venti vanilla bean with strawberry drizzle & whip cream & even though they made it too sweet today.they apologized and we're so sweet about it they offered me another with no hesitation. She was so friendly, so apologetic I really appreciated that. The world needs more people like her! Thank you Raylene
