Starbucks, Marina CA

The parking lot is small but the WiFi is good and the staff are frendly. Also they may be moving into a lager store near by with more parking and better access.

Need to check their bathroom more often, it was gross. I cleaned their restroom for them. The walls really need cleaning too.

Crummy experience here today, nice barista etc but. Place was dirty, trashes all full and worst of all my iced coffee was terrible, mostly just 1/2&1/2! If you run out of ice coffee just make more, don't think you can trick us by filling the cup with ice and cream then 2oz of coffee. This is baby milk and really gross!

I stood by the register for about a minute before anyone said anything. They were not slammed. This is not normal for this location.

Went thru the drive thru. Very fast and very kind, they said toward the end of ordering. "Anything Else? ".
I said "yes a smile. "
She said, "no problem. "
When I got my cup of coffee. She had drawn a happy face smile on the lid.
That made me smile and really made my day. Simple things matter and this young lady made my day by this simple gesture.
Whoever you are, I hope they have you training new employees.)

Don’t do mobile orders. Take three times longer. Have had multiple people who walked in get their coffee before a bunch of people waiting on mobile orders.

Still good coffee and customer service, just the mobile service itself needs to be revamped. Just checkout in line if you’re in a hurry.

This is a starbucks. It is a Starbucks starbucks. If you know what a Starbucks is you're going to find it here. I found the employees to be very pleasant. The place was not too busy when we went in. We didn't have to wait too long and they had all the items we wanted. Which one you go after breakfast sometimes you can't get everything you want because it's all been bought out. Would definitely go to this one again!

Our experience here is hit and miss. Somwtimesndrinks turn our well and others, not so well. We go back because of convenience of location. For the most part the employees are nice.

Excellent, quick service. Dropped my food after food ordering and clerk immediately asked me if I wanted another one. Very professional and friendly service!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The atmosphere is so unique, probably because of the location being in the middle of on-the-way to so many places.

It’s a 50/50. Depending on who’s working. Lately they hired some new blonde girl who isn’t pleasant at all. Make less mistakes and do remember orders if you’re a regular. They also need to fix their phone.

It's always nice to have a Starbucks in your neighborhood. I recommend their sugar free, soy milk, vanilla late, for those who are trying to cut down on sugar and/or avoiding dairy products. Its has a rich taste without compromise.

Ok I guess it all depends on who is working and takes your order, but I ordered to caramel drinks which I always get hot and they gave me cold drinks. O well make sure you ask for they way you want it

I like drinking Starbucks coffee to begin with. This Starbucks is basically across the street from Farmer Joes Market-where you can park for free.

When you walk in to this business, you know it is a Starbucks but the smell of the coffee and the signage.

Why I only gave 4 stars: their service was a little slow, and their bathroom was not available to the public. Coffee can get things moving, and if it does-you need a place to go. Right?

Never get the drink right EVER and today they have attitudes if your not a morning person don’t work mornings.

Parking is limited and store is on the smaller side of other locations, but plenty of space still and staff is great

This location basically has only the basics for coffee needs, does not have a wide variety of sandwiches or select specialty drinks available for order ahead online pick up. That's my only complaint.
