Starbucks, Lancaster CA

What can I say? It’s Starbucks. I have had my issues with this particular one in the past. There was no one behind me in line and I wanted to order at the window and business was so busy (I’m being sarcastic) that I couldn’t order at the window. I guess it was overwhelming to have one car in the drive through that orders at the window. It was the worst service I ever had from any Starbucks but I have been back since then. I’m not sure if they can multitask at the window but I do order from there. I guess I forgive them for the terrible service but they better be nice to me from now on. Lol. Jk but not really.

I had to pay twice to get the right drink. I told the worked my coffee was not what I asked for and I order option two and she did offer me to fix the first one so I paid for the second one?

My sister went here recently with her friends, mind you they are 12-13 years old… she said the worker at the register was nice and made conversation with them. Up until one of her friends forgot to ask for caramel on her drink. So she kindly asked if they can put some in hers. The barista let out a huge sigh and STOMPED away. She even had the nerve to talk under her breathe to a coworker about it WHILE making the drink, she then gave them the drink and said “bro you could’ve just asked” who are you calling bro? Really…. If you can’t handle a 13 year old asking for a simple thing like some extra caramel on a drink? Yea you shouldn’t be working at starbucks. Take that attitude somewhere else and grow up.

Easy and convenient location. Plenty of parking available. Drive thru moves fairly fast. I appreciate that my order is always right. The staff is always friendly.

My favorite one, real nice good service, I like the people that work there

This was not what I wanted. It had sugar. I have a very sensitive system that is medical. I have to say they tried to posion me.
