App says in-store is open until 11 but they closed and locked up before 10pm.

Went there last night and requested 2 drinks with no oat milk and no whip (can’t have any dairy) and the drink caused great discomfort and I threw up my drink this morning. IVE NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE except at this Starbucks. Honestly the WORST. It was so bad that I took the time to actually write this.
My order is always on point at this location. The wait time is what you would expect, but never crazy.
The day is 4/27/23 it was the closing team Service was just ugh ok so I went through drive thru asked for a chocolate cookie crumble frap and a mango dragon fruit with water not lemonade got my order and it was all wrong I got a mocha choc cookie crumble I didn’t want mocha in it then the mango dragonfruit had lemonade in it so we went back to get it corrected the girl seemed irritated that we went back so I got the cookie crumble frappe corrected but the mango dragon fruit doesn’t even taste nor look like how it’s supposed to I was just so done after that I didn’t even want to go back the third time we didn’t even drink it cause it was horrible if I can give it 0 stars I would! Not coming back to this place
They messed up on my order three times and they forgot to close the lid on my hot order and the coffee stain never came off my car. Very disappointed.
I'm addicted to cake pops. Great for that morning and afternoon pick up when feeling sluggish. I need the espresso to function!
Great location, plenty of parking, friendly service, quiet place to enjoy a coffee a sandwich and work on your laptop. Good cookies for the kids. Clean bathrooms.:)
Starbucks is not just coffee. There are beverage options to choose from that satisfy anybody even the acai beverages.
Its the same no matter where you go. Still true today you can expect Starbucks to Starbucks you'll get the same.
Nearly 15 minutes for a simple caramel frap. Dont waste your time here. They take way too long
I love Starbucks but this place always messes up my drinks. Last time I came here I ordered a mocha cookie crumble and it tasted way too strong. I’ve had it several times at other locations and it has never tasted that bad. I decided to come here again for a peppermint mocha (hot), which I’ve ordered before from other locations, again it tasted terrible. Besides my coffee being cold, it made my head hurt. I never leave bad reviews but I am tired of spending $10 on coffee that does not taste how it's supposed to.
Super slow! Have fun sitting in that drive thru for 20-25 mins. And they are always out of Ribbon crunch!
The lady in the store shouldn't be servicing the public. The new guy and other man were top notch. The Frappuccino was really tasty.
