Starbucks, Visalia CA

I went for a pickup tonight and got nothing but attitude. The manager, not really a good one, decided to take her attitude out on the customers order. Smacking it down on the counter with the internet of ruining my rating. I let the customer know and i hope your boss sees this. You’ve lost my business for good. Do better next time minimum wage doesn’t equal minimum effort and an entitled lazy attitude. Updated. You can train your fake managers in professionalism. Teach them being rude is not okay. This is my preferred communication. Had to do this since I couldn’t reply. Weird.

I have been going to Starbucks since it started selling Caramel Macchiato, and I know the taste of it, and being in Pharmaceuticals I cater Starbucks to all my clients, the one thing That DAZZLES ME AT STARBUCKS VASILIA IS THAT ITS THE SAME CUP OF COFFEE WHICH I TASTED YEARS AGO IN SAN JOSE, TRUE TO ITS NAME. EVERYTHING WAS SO PERFECT, I HAD TO CALL THE STORES AND COMPLIMENT THEM ON ITS TRUE FLAVOR AND TASTE. KUUUUUUDOOOOOOOSS
TO HAIELY FOR MAKING THIS PERFECT CUP OF COFFEE, ELSE WHERE IS JUST WATERED DOWN, ON AN AVERAGE I GIVE ANYWHERE FROM 4 K TO 6K OF BUSINESS EVERY MONTH. BUT HAIELY MADE A WONDERFUL COFFEE FOR ME. THANKS HAIELY.

Pretty small, but a good Starbucks. Long drive thru line. Better off ordering online or going inside.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The workers are always so nice, and I have never had a problem with my order. I have never gone to a Starbucks where the workers have gone the extra mile like the employees here.

Iced drinks straw-free! I love the new heavy-duty lid from which I can drink sans the straw. I use these beverage glasses repeatedly at home, especially outdoors. Bravo! Starsbucks, saving the planet one straw-less drink at a time.

I love being able to order on the app and not waiting in line. The store is always clean and I always get friendly and kind hearted service.

Boring drive through experience great macha green tea latte with soy and made it dirty! So good!

Service was horrible, all together I waited about 40 minutes for 1 coffee, when I got to the order intercom I was not even acknowledged for over 5 min after I called into the store totally unexceptional! Will not return to that location!

This is the best Starbucks in town! The baristas are all so friendly, and the service is really quick even for obnoxious people like me that add in special requests. If there's ever an issue with them being out of an item or if something wasn't made right, they're always amazingly helpful. And this is the only one I've ever found to be consistent. I could order the same drink 5 times at another location and it'll be different every time. My Goshen/Akers drinks are always consistent. The nice people and quality of service make the prices worth it.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to! Went to order breakfast and they were out of pretty much everything. I ordered a chicken sausage and bacon sandwich at the drive thru. It was still frozen in the middle. The people in the car in front of us kept returning drinks. Instead of asking them to pull around and walk inside they decided to hold up the line for 15 minutes. Recommend if you want coffee go to one of the other 15 Starbucks in Visalia

Usually people working there are super friendly, it’s a rainy day today, the guy who was working at pick up window was not very friendly, picked up my mobile order asked if I could get a cup of water, he wasn’t happy, waited and got the water. Wanted a tray to carry my 3 drinks, he didn’t acknowledge me, I was thinking maybe he was busy, I could just grab it myself, so I was trying to reach it, he looked at me, then looked down kept making his coffee. I’ve never encountered similar problem before at any coffee shop.

I was very disappointed with this Starbucks, 5103 W. Goshen Ave, Visalia, Ca. On 11/20/2019 about 6: 38 pm went in and ordered 2 white choc vente mochas also met Mgr. Emily and helped the young man to run the register. When I go into a Starbucks I expect twill be what I ordered. But this time when I arrived home I gave one mocha to my wife and after 5 minutes we tasted something was wrong like bad whipped cream. Called the store Emily answered explained the bad taste but she said would check into the mistakes and said nothing about giving a credit. This morning my wife told me their was no coffee in the drinks. This is a major problem management/ employees. RD
