I ordered hot chocolate and it tasted like straight up dirt water. I asked to make it again and they did but the second try it tasted like dirt water but sweeter. Barely suitable. The staffs were nice but the hot chocolate still didn’t make up to my standards. Anyways I didn’t want to make a scene so I’ll just dispute it online.
I love this Starbucks; you can access it directly from the subway. The decorum and ambiance are inviting. It has an upscale interior design layout with highboy tables and other seating with accent tables. There is also an attractive seating area for those who use wheelchairs.
The morning crew of young ladies is efficient, kind, and helpful. When asked, they always offer good suggestions on drinks. And they provide good customer service that causes me to want to tip. Yet, this Starbucks has one major flaw/drawback. It doesn’t have a public restroom. The human experience with the staff almost makes up for the design Faux pas.
This is what happens when you've figured out a way to beat their prices and run into a team of baristas who don't let you take advantage of it LOL what was supposed to be an triple espresso mixed in with a few other things. This is the main reason I don't shop at this Starbucks for coffee. It's horrible, the way the prep it is horrible and if you complain they give you an annoyed face and yank the drink from the counter. If I had gotten a sense of empathy I wouldn't have gone to grave lengths to leave this review but wow. I get that it's busy but don't take it out on the customers. Get more staff.
When I just flew into Los Angeles I got coffee here and the biresta bullied me and made me cry! That's never happened
