They got my order wrong but quickly replaced it w the correct one. And gave me. Gift cards for future use.

For me, I was lucky today, I was able to get my drink. They again shuting down at 8: 30 instead of getting someone to fill in. That is a management issue.
But the guy told the people behind me to buy coffee in the store and make your own or go find someplace else. Therefore, he needs a lesson in communication because he does not know how to provide a proper service environment.

They were supposedly closed at 3 pm. So I was denied service even though there was still a woman behind the counter working.

One thing about Starbucks is, they are consistant. My fave sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, with a Venti Americana with cream
