Starbucks, Fairfield CA

Very friendly! I was greeted by several of the employees, even though they were busy. Great customer service! I have stopped here on several occasions, when traveling through, and always had a great experience. This time especially stood out, because I was coming from the opposite direction, and went to another store. They made my drink incorrectly and it was disgusting! I brought it in here, and they were so good to me, and my drink was perfect. Thank you ladies, and we'll definitely make sure to stop here when we come through again!

Starbucks doesn't have many options anymore, they are always discontinue items which is frustrating

I watched as one employee worked her butt off while the other was extremely slow. I could see the hard worker was frustrated.
Parking is terrible, I walked in and ordered ahead, drinks were not ready. Drive through was not moving

They should have more people working here. I waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks
I was about to leave and just leave the drinks there because I don’t have that time
I understand if it takes 15 min to make 2 drinks but I don’t know about 25 minutes

Drinks are not always ready as the app states, but usually, not too long a wait. Usually busy

No pineapple for their advertised drink. This seemed to be a problem w/alot of Starbucks locations. From Roseville to Sacramento to Oakland-Starbs, please don't offer a drink if you CAN'T provide the Pineapple. The 3 Stars is for THE COMPANY NOT THE LOCATION.

3rd time I ordered (app) something that ended up being out of stock in the last month. They did not say anything until I asked. This is the only store that does not mark their items out of stock on the app.

There was a power outage, but the employees were very kind and helpful. I'm sure they had some upset people, but they handled it very well.

My sister and her niece went there and purchased ice coffee, I didn't get out but it's nice.

Drive thru food was piping hot, coffee was perfectly prepared. You impressed my hard to please family so I wish I could give 6 stars!

This place is closed randomly. Never stick to posted hours. Always have signs up saying “we’re open” and are actually closed

Consistently, the slowest service.
Have spent 20 minutes or more in drive thru waiting.
The employees talk to about personal events in the middle of making my drink.
I will drive farther to get the exact same cup of coffee with friendlier & quicker service

When they get it right, it's awesome. More often than not, they're so busy they have no time to prepare beverages in the manner one comes to expect from Starbucks.

Parking is blocked by a long drive-through line. You can't back out until someone in the line let's you.

Service was extremely slow and the drive-thru line was not long and the lobby was not packed with customers. After discussing with friends and family this seems to be the case for this location. Slow service.

The atmosphere in this place is sort of cold. The staff seemed too busy for a friendly smile.

Had a very good experience at this starbucks.april and jen are great workers.will come here more often!
