Starbucks, San Jose CA

The worst Starbucks In town, I have to get a gift card credit 3 times.since I’ve stayed nearby they were the closest one to me, this is not a busy location, 5 associates working in the morning with 0 mobile order on the counter I waited 15 minutes and when asked about my drink they have not even started it, happened on repeat, Santa Clara square is 3 times as busy with same staff in the morning waited less than 5 minutes.

They forgot to process my order and then they told me I didn't order. It's really easy if you see the POS if I really didn't pay for this product.it's all your mistake but you never apologized you wasted my 20 mins for such a simple order in the morning. Thank you for being so rude.

Top notch Parking space as usual. I always visit this Starbucks.
Not a good place to sit and work but I would always recommend Starbucks for their exceptional service and perfect parking space.

What a wonderful staff you had on today, I'm awful with names but the gentleman that took my order today was super kind and polite. Both of my drinks came out amazing (iced chai and green tea latte) and will definitely come back to THIS location when I’m in Santa Clara from now on.

Staff was over the top friendly. I sat inside with my order and watched how they friendly greeted and talked to each customer. It’s clear the staff all get along with each other as well. It was nice to see! They worked fast too!

Ex-employee here. I just want people to know that baristas and the manager here really care about you (customers). When there is new drink or brew coming out, we all do tasting together and discuss what food go well with it. In case you have questions and we will be able to answer! All and all very nice and safe place to work at. I miss them a lot!

Pretty typical Starbucks! Lots of parking nearby. The building itself is fairly small so not the greatest place to sit and work in but you definitely could if you needed too.
