Starbucks, San Diego CA

I was vey disappointed when I went to this location because it said it was supposed to be open by 4: 30 an, I arrived at 4: 45am and it was not open not even the drive thru. When i knocked on the door, the girl told me it was open until 5Am? Online and on the sign posted on the door clearly says 4: 30am. They either need to follow the opening times or change it.

I asked for a medicine with no mint tea, double peach because the mint tea has caffeine. They put it in anyway. That means someone was not paying attention to my order. And I have a bad heart. If I didn't realize it from the begging I would be in big trouble medically. This sucks. I just now try to call and make the manager aware. But no one is answering the phone for a third time.

This location is great to study or do some work however they close the inside area at 9 PM. I was told to gather my belongings at 8: 58 because they were closing soon

I have given this location numerous chances, with this visit being the very last time. I ordered a shaken oat espresso with 1/4 oat milk and a pumpkin cold brew and as you can see from the pictures I received a venti cup full of oat milk. I then asked for a remake of the drink with a sprinkle of pumpkin powder on both drinks. My partner literally was choking on the excessive amount of pumpkin powder that was piled on top. We honestly feel as though the drinks we made like this on purpose. I will be sending these photos to corporate because it’s obvious the baristas at this location need more training.

I want to leave a HUGE compliment to Andrea. She is an amazing employee at this location. Very attentive and hard worker. She puts the rest of the baristas to shame. Keep on smiling and you should definitely be promoted to manager. I'm giving the store a one star but Andrea gets a 5 star.

Sept 2,2023 7: 20am. Ewwww, their pastry display shelf is full of flies. This store need a sanitation inspection. Gross!

The coffee was awful. The person at the drive thru was also rude. This location also serves nugget ice for their iced coffee orders.

Terrible service provided by manager Gerardo. Made a bad experience ordering through the app even worse in person.

I don't understand how this location continues to mess up making a Frappuccino. It's suppose to be blended beverage with a thick consistency. The last 3 times I've gone it's has had an extremely liquid consistency to the point where I get home and put it int he freezer. I hope someone from this store sees this and quickly addresses it and have the employees take the time to look and see if the consistency of the drink is as it should be.

Service is great at this shop. Only one complaint but it was handled properly. Not upset about frozen cake. Because frozen doesn't mean expired. I was upset at delivery of it via drive-thru. Recieved another slice which was still another slice of frozen but thawed to perfection slice. Note: that they always serve with a smile and make the coffee exactly as requested.

Order at 10: 50 am a caramel ribbon and its 11: 10 and drink hasn’t even done one of the worst Starbucks in the area

This place has horrible atmosphere! One of the leads named Ronnie was treating staff horribly in front of everyone. Will never come here again!

Terrible customer service.online it said they were open until 9pm but lobby was closed and the baristas were very rude when I told them I ordered my drink online for in-store pickup. The line was ridiculously long.

People were friendly and very expeditious in serving us. We ordered drinks and some pastries. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and I regret not having enough cash to top them properly. Kudos to you all, M. Moreno

Great store, chill people, good environment. Weekends are very busy.

A lot of the baristas are hardworking and as a customer, sometimes we don't know what is going on behind the scenes, so if we're not having the best day, just know that your local barista is there to cheer you up by providing exceptional customer service.

I don't know who's the new barista but they are no good at making mixed proportions. I ordered a blonde expresso and it didn't have vanilla Nor Caramel, it was pure expresso and milk, just an iced coffee. I usually don't care if they get my order wrong or the coffee is off-tasting, but this has happened so many times now! It's always around 6 or 8 pm

Don't leave the drive-thru unless you got your drink right.

I happened to make a mobile order and wasn’t satisfied with the amount of time or effort it took to get my mobile order made. Also, this location always runs out of chestnut praline.

When you ask for light ice… check my pic out also hope drive thru employee has a better day…
