Starbucks, Bakersfield CA

Very clean and tidy. Ordered venti coffee, and 2 bakery items. Only problem was that the coffee was just warm when served. Would prefer it hotter so that I can savor the aroma and taste a bit longer. Customer service was excellent.

Rude staffing, took forever to get my drinks i had placed the order online and it said it’s be ready by 5: 37 i didn’t get my drink till 5: 50there was a girl on her phone most of the time and i had asked for my caramel frappe with extra caramel and i didn’t get any of what i asked for.when i was gonna ask if i could’ve gotten more caramel the girl shut the window and got on her phone

Bad costumer services, I had to wait 15 minutes to get my drink and they were not even busy. Some of the employees working there are also very rude. Management need to train their employees a little better.

I always get the ice brown sugar oatmilk espresso. Coffee never tastes the same so I started making my own. Today I decided I wanted starbucks. But I should have just made my own -_- it taste like 4 pumps of espresso and I don't like the taste of strong coffee.so much for that first sip feeling. There goes my money and coffee into the trash. It's not full cause I tried getting use to the taste.

I don’t usually care enough to leave reviews but today was kinda annoying. I always do a mobile order on the mornings I want something quick on the way to work. This is a new location and they have never had my orders ready at the time of pick up but having already experienced the customer service industry myself I don’t mind waiting a couple of mins. Today my order wasn’t ready for an additional 20min pasted the pickup time. I’m not gonna lie, this really irritated me. I don’t know if they are short staffed or what but management has to do better to provide their workers more assistance or correct anyone who is not preforming properly.

Very bad service not really good staff being very rude when make order. If u don’t want iced coffee like no ice in drink they charge double for that.

They always forever and the customer service isn’t great there’s only 1 girl there with the short dyed hair and glasses that has great service but everyone else doesn’t do a good job. They have attitudes and this Starbucks gets slower and slower by the week. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to be in line with only 2 people in front of you. Horrible experience

Took them 20+ mins to get my order ready for a cake pop, cookie and small coffee. They started preparing my order as soon as i told them been waiting for 20 minutes!

Arrived at 4: 45. Supposed to be open at 4: 30.7/27/2023. The front is locked, and I stood waiting. 3 Ladies working wouldn’t really help, one just hand signaled to the right?
They wouldn’t open the front of store because they arrived late. Had to call the store to get info. Needs to communicate better and not just sit inside and laugh when I’m knocking on the door. They said they have no idea when they will open.

Waited over 20 minutes for my Frappuccino. The barista was blending a few frap and would line them up, then would go to the next step. It was really frustrating. By the time she gave me my order it was watery. And she didn’t even get my it done correctly.

Made a mobile order and went to pick it up a couple minutes early. I did not expect them to have my order ready, and I knew I would need to wait. My order was three drinks, and the barista in the drive thru was extremely rude giving me attitude because "it takes them a while to make the drinks". I understand that, and I did not expect them to have my order ready. But it was not necessary for her to go off and yell at me for getting there FOUR minutes early.

Service too slow, clarify the order twice but on window wrong order and after clarification again they make that time, way of handing was wrong

Went there before 9pm, the Girl at the register was very nice and helpful but the girl that was making the drinks very rude and disrespectful DID NOT LIKE!

I am not a Starbucks patron but had to check this one out since it's new in the neighborhood. Plenty of space inside and plenty of parking. Clean and bathrooms are not bolted down. Which is good. Hope they keep it in shape and act swiftly if any homeless decide to camp out there.

Brand new! Very close to my home and the workers are fast. They get my drinks just right all the time.
