Seriously one of the best Starbucks I’ve been too! Workers are so understanding and accommodating to mistakes. Making your life so much easier what Starbucks always was when they first started!

I'm Tired of Starbucks. Over priced and boring. Service always seems irritated. Dutch Brothers offers service with an amazing personality. Each and every Dutch Brothers barista has an upbeat friendly spirit and it radiates throughout all the stores. Starbucks you need to step up your game and take examples from those Dutch Brothers owners.

Drivethrough is the longest one I’ve ever been in, and the man at the window was totally clueless lmao asked for caramel ribbon crunch frappe and got vanilla ice slush and whipped cream on top. I even said extra caramel. Maybe he misheard.

The kids here are so joyful when greeted nicely. Great coffee! Great service. A wonderful place to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or study.

The customer service here is garbage as well as the quality of the coffee (the way I asked my drink to be made has to be fixed almost every time) the manager Erica has horrible customer service as well as her employees. It's extremely surprising actually. Do better Starbucks. Highly recommend new employees.

My work schedule changed, so sadly I went to a closer location to me - but how surprised was I when I hear a familiar and super amazing voice … Conner! This guy makes my whole morning! Friendly and always helpful! I love this store as a whole - everyone that works at this location rocks! Your team is awesome!

One of the better Starbucks in Sacramento area. Workers are great at building rapport and making you feel welcomed.
