Starbucks, Oakdale CA

Much smaller after remodel. Got order wrong. Uncomfortable. The most disgusting bathroom. Filthy and out of soap. Will not go back to this location.

Solid option when Peets is not available. But the smallest ("tall") cappuccino is insipid unless you ask for 2 shots. (At Peet's, 2 shots in a small cappuccino is standard. That is class.)

This store used to be managed so much better. The cleanliness of this store is lacking. Last night my husband and I went there to kill time while waiting for the kids. The floor was so sticky where you order my shoes were sticking to it. The barista apologized. It was clear something was spilled but in the hour we sat there during the 6pm hour, not one employee grabbed a hot bucket of soapy water to clean it. If the store was busy…I’d understand, if this was a rare event, I’d give them a pass but it seems every time I’ve come here in the last year the store is dirty, whether it’s the floor or the tables. It makes me question the clean of the backend of the store. It’s also not a welcoming environment and the music was obnoxiously loud limiting one’s ability to hold a meaningful conversation without have to ask about repeating words. This is not a preferred location, I prefer the location down the street but they close early because of staffing issues.

Was disappointed that they couldn't break a $100 bill so someone else in my party had to pay with a credit card and we sat outside to enjoy our coffee and pastries. We spilled a coffee outside and when reported that we needed a mop I was acknowledged by an employee but no one showed up to mop it and we had to sit there in our mess. Not good business.

Ordered a hot Pikes and it was luke warm: (asked for room in the cup, so that way I don’t spill it when I add cream, as I opened the cup. My coffee spilled everywhere as it was filled to the rim. Not the only unpleasant experience I had with this location.

The best Starbucks around! I don't care if the line is 2 miles long, I'll gladly wait. My drink is always delicious and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Xo

If you order oatmeal make sure you get all your condiments and utensils that go with it Even though you order it doesn't mean they give it to you. It happened at another Starbucks also so it's not just one Starbucks doing it

The barista was not happy about my request for a pour over. He said it would take 10 minutes. When I got my coffee, it was over full and the lid was not on all the way so when I picked it up it spilled everywhere. I was not offered any help cleaning up the mess as the manager and 3 other baristas watched. Someone really needs to teach these people customer service.

Still good. I have to admit I haven't gone to Starbucks in a while because after being a Starbucks fan since the beginning I got tired of retraining the new people, etc and found Alicia's Sugar Shack. Sugar Pine, ca beat coffee shop ever!
