4Be here for more than 100 times (for school) poor service, very frequently type your name wrong even you spelled the name! It's insane!
I just bought a tall matcha iced matcha latte in a grande, and barista legit fills up my whole cup with ice and only half my cup was liquid. Finished it in three sips. I can't believe I just spend $5 on a 4 oz drink. When I asked if it was supposed to be that much ice, they told me that it was pre-portioned that way.
Waited an hour. They never called my name when my drink was ready so by the time i finally got it, it was watery.
I asked for no whip and then they mixed the whip in the drink so I couldn't even remove it myself, and the drink was very watery. So I was stuck with a very watery and foam top drink.
