Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
14 My drink was ready 40mins later than the estimated pickup.
Here is my suggestion: For Thursdays, store some drinks in advance before you receive your mobile orders. It’s not rocket science. Kudos to your employees. They did their best.
Barista is full of life, she made customers laugh. She was great because her energy was uplifting.
While the workers are friendly, they NEVER make your orders accurately - you'll always miss at least 3 ingredients from your drink.
Perla’s energy was exactly what I needed when I came in today. Mondays are already super draining starting out the week but her energy was up and at em. I was a bit unsure what to try because I’m always trying to find something new, so the barista named Jose told me to try the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai since I’ve never had Chai before and let me tell you, IT WAS DELICIOUS. Literally like drinking a horchata but BETTER! I usually buy shaken espressos so I would have never picked this, thanks again for the recommendation and to Perla for the amazing energy she threw at me today! The store was clean as always, it’s usually super busy but thankfully there was no line, to prevent waiting I recommend ordering via the app because rush hour is pretty insane!
I recently visited Starbucks and ordered two delicious Frappuccinos along with an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. The Frappuccinos were a perfect blend of creamy goodness and just the right amount of sweetness. They provided a refreshing and energizing start to my day. The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich was a pleasant surprise; it tasted just like a traditional sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, but with a meatless patty that was both flavorful and satisfying. The combination of the savory patty, fluffy egg, and cheese in between a warm bun made for a great breakfast option. The service was prompt, and the ambiance was cozy, making my Starbucks experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for more!
This is a great location and one of the prides of the Company. Fun staff serving a clean energetic environment. Plenty of seating for homework or a long cafe chill session.
Every time someone takes your order for you and drinks it, you wait for it to be done again
Please don’t order when it’s school day unless it’s days off. You will wait for 30+ minutes for an americano.
Tiffany is phenomenal! Thanks for helping me find the perfect drink for a hot day (at the right calories). She made my day.
During the academic year and school days it is always super crowded but the staff handles it well!
Stood here waiting at the register, with no other customers, while three employees ignored me. Just a, "we'll be right with you, " would have gone a long way. Ended up leaving after waiting a few minutes with no interaction.
4.5 stars. Awesome location. Not at the heart of the village but really close. Peeps were really cool. I got a pour over and they were cool about it. Sometimes baristas give a lil attitude bc it’s more work but not here. Super cool about it. Location is large w an USC vibe. Lines expedite quickly. This crew is on it. Super speedy service. Would def go back again. Thx y’all
Just realized today that USC village has 2 Starbucks. If you order pick up, it’s gotta be this one, NOT the Target one. The vibe is very nice actually. They clean the seating every single time a customer left (at least that’s what they did when I was there). The staff behind the bar were not very responsive though. I waited a long time before they turned to make an eye contact.
The barista supervisor, Christopher, appeared friendly with big smiles, but if you got a problem with your drink, he would not be so nice.
